The place is located in a shared strip with other businesses and right next to the hotel but with that being said, there is plenty of parking always available. I have been going here for years as I bought into their lifetime car key fob battery replacement program. It's like $20 or so dollars and you don't have to worry about however many times you have to replace the batteries in however many key fobs you have. Would highly recommend the lifetime key fob battery replacement to everyone! The customer service is almost always pleasant and I am always in/out within minutes. Just a heads-up/tip, if you are wanting your car battery replaced, call ahead as there are certain make and models that they do not change the batteries of, they might sell them but not replace them as I found that out the hard way. read more

These guys are great. Super patient and willing to educate you on what they are doing and why. Had a car battery issue and they tested everything and found it to be dead. I had replaced it a few years prior, but couldn't quite remember when so went ahead with replacement. Fast forward a few days and remembered the guy a few years ago told me to tape the receipt to the inside of my glove box for warranty and sure enough, found it! Brought it back to the store and they verified the warranty and boom - cash back and free replacement, easy peasy. I'll be taking all future battery issues here as a first stop. Can't recommend more. Find somewhere else to have your screen repaired! When I scheduled the appointment I immediately received two phone calls about how difficult this repair was (red flag). Arrived at the store, they seemed very busy and again was told to expect repair to take 2-3 days. I stated that I was already informed and that I just needed it to be done within a six day window (another mistake on my part, giving them too much time to make the repair). They assured me that it would be no problem. My six day deadline came and went and when I contacted them I was told that the person that does the repair was out sick, but he was coming in today and could complete the repair in three hours. A Christmas miracle, the one person that could do the repair was coming in after being out sick (evidently for the last six days) and lo and behold, he completed the repairs in two hours! When I arrived to pick up my item I asked how long the person who did the repair was out sick and was told a couple of days. ?? So what happened during the other four days you had my device?? They were backed up and didn't get to it. He was still sick, but he knew he had to come and get my device fixed. (Bravo for your commitment to duty, now step back and put a mask on cause I don't need your sick). I said just admit that they forgot about it. They argued that they were just really busy. I asked why they didn't just call and say they couldn't get it done and give me the chance to have it repaired somewhere else. Got a shrug and the bill, no apology, no accommodation, nothing. Sold me the wrong battery. ... It happens. When I went back the same day the employee had closed early and was walking out the door as I arrived . When I asked him to exchange the battery he got irrate so I told him I would call the next day and talk to the manager. He responded to me by saying "his name is Shaun have a great f'ing night!!!" Purchased a battery for my lawn tractor a month ago and was not able to get service on the tractor until now. Put the battery in to start it up (did not even drive it). It was determined mower wasn't worth fixing so I took the battery out and asked to return it since I cannot use it. Manager indicated he could only take it back within 2 weeks, just quoting me policy. I indicated I would even take less than I paid. Poor business decision on his part as he did not only lose my business but potentially that of anyone I talk to, and this is the first time I ever wrote a poor review. Next time I go to Costco where it would have cost less to purchase and they would have taken it back in a heartbeat. It's called customer focused and is the hallmark of successful companies. The manager should have some discretionary decision making authority and they should hire leaders who get the big picture and go to bat for customers (particularly loyal and returning ones) read more

Worker was pretty useless. Younger fella with glasses. Bought a car battery online with a 7pm pick up. Gave an hours notice. Showed up in the parking lot at 6:55pm and waited for the confirmation email. Waited until 7:15pm and never got the email. Throughout the waiting, I see the employee just pacing back and forth. He had one customer during that time. I go in and explained I put an order online. He looked very annoyed and then said they didn't have the battery in stock. Ok. He then followed up and said he couldn't do the battery swap anyways. I'm thinking, the store is empty and you've been and pacing around for 10 minutes but I'll let it go. So I said I can do it myself. We go over and get a battery that was in stock. Pay for it and within 5 minutes, the battery is swapped. Drop the battery off on the counter. I sarcastically say thanks and he replied with, "no problem". I'm laughing on the inside. Can't make this stuff up. read more

The iPhone battery that was installed in my phone is minimally better than the old one. I was told 20 mins for the repair, it took an hour and had numerous missed calls over 20 mins old. Finally, I was treated as less than equal because of a health condition that does not allow me to wear a mask (doctors orders and carry documentation). read more

Went in to get a new battery for my iPhone 6 because it wouldn't hold a charge. I scheduled my appointment online for the sole purpose of getting a $10 off coupon, otherwise I don't really think I would have needed one, they weren't busy at all when I got there. The guys I talked to were helpful, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff I didn't need, which I really appreciate. I was in and out quickly and now can put off getting a new phone for a while longer. Overall a good experience I would recommend to anyone. I made an appointment on Friday, March 1st to repair the back glass on my phone. When I got there they looked at the phone and told me that they would have to order the part and it should be there in 2 or 3 days. Later that day I received a call from Batteries Plus asking for the color of the phone so they could order the right color. Strange as they had it in their hands only moments before. I waited until the next Thursday and called THEM to see if the part was in and was told it wasn't in and it would be 2 to 3 days. I asked if I needed to call again to check on the part and they said no they would call me. It is now Apr 14th (37days later) 4 and still no call from them. I have since gone to U Break It We Fix It. They had original parts and only took 2 hours same day, plus they were $20.00 cheaper. read more

I went to the Batteries Plus Location here in Woodbury for a battery on my Samsung 6 Edge. They said they had to order it, which they did, and called me back a few days later. They installed the battery, and when I went to pick it up, the manager pointed our that during the process of replacing the battery, they shattered part of the back of the inside of the phone. He said they called for a replacement part and it should be in a few days later. The phone still worked even with the partially broken inside part. They called a few days later, I went in and they replaced it. They could have just not told me that my phone had been damaged while replacing my battery. I would have never been the wiser, because it takes a special tool to take off the back of the phone. Anyway here is a store, and a manager that did the right thing and actually told me they had damaged the back of my phone. How many companies, and managers do you find now-a-days, that would step up to the plate like that!!!!! Kudos to these guys!!! read more
