And it was a standard iPhone 14, (much poorer camera features.) I put it on auto pay, and come to find out, I'm stuck with a three-year contract. Two years into it I still owe $1000. I am visually impaired, as I told them at the time - it was obvious. Ron said, "it's the best deal you can get," and his rude boss, Reid, finally getting back to me, belligerently kept saying "you signed a contract." He had no compassion for a mentally and physically impaired senior. First, Snelling Avenue was undergoing major construction when I drove there, but it was easy to get to and has its own parking lot, which is super convenient. It was empty when I went in, and I was promptly attended to. The store manager, Demetrius W, helped me. He went over the minimum labor fee of $26, and they literally fixed it within 5 minutes. I barely had to wait - had great customer service, and found the price to be reasonable from other estimates that I got online. Overall, very happy with my relatively easy Iphone fix!

When I dropped off my phone it was functioning and charging completely fine. Picked it up the next day and it wouldn't charge and was stuck in a restart cycle. Demanded to know what happened to it and after running some tests they finally admitted they had fucked the motherboard. Okay price for fixing screen but be prepared to have to buy an entirely new iPhone and if they destroy your cracked one they only refund cost of screen not $25 labor cost, which is ridiculous because all they did was destroy my phone.

My two kids who lived in PA, were 19 and 20, and wanted to get on their own account. So In December 2024, they left for Verizon. I switched to Verizon myself with my oldest son and his fiance back in Minnesota. This is when the nightmare began. My kids phones were all paid off, and so was my sons fiance. I still owed money on mine, so they wouldn't unlock my phone. My son and his fiance had zero problem. Their phones worked immediately. It took me a month to pay my phone off. When I did, they said it would take 72 hours to unlock my phone to complete the switch to verizon. 72 hours came and left, and my phone was still locked. I made a few trips into the Maplewood T-Mobile store for assistance. After voicing my displeasure, the clerk got a temporary unlocking on my phone. So for a month, I was on Verizon with my phone. Now let me be clear, my phone was entirely paid off at this point, but T-Mobile relocked my phone, and is prohibiting me from using it. My phone, My paid off phone T-Mobile has hijacked it, and won't let me use it...and They will not help me. Does T-Mobile have to be so butt hurt I left? Is anybody else going through this? I just want to use my phone...but T-mobile isn't letting me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! (I put a one star only because yelp will not let me put zero)
