I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. I had ordered window wipers online and went in…read moreto pick them up. There was only one representative working with a constant stream of customers, however he did not seem stressed out or overwhelmed at all . He had an incredibly positive attitude and helped me with my order as soon as he could. He even offered to install them for me, but he had other customers so I declined. After taking some time to get my wipers on I finally came to the conclusion that one of them must not work for my car. I went back in and when he was able to help me, he came right over and asked what was going on. He figured out the blade I needed and switched it out for me immediately. I then went back out to try and put it on my car and could not quite get it to click. I went back inside and explain what was going on. He then again offered to help as soon as he was done with the customer he was currently helping. Shortly after, he met me at my car and got the wiper installed within a few seconds, but it's still wasn't quite laying right. He did some things to the wiper and BAM all was right! I wish I had gotten his name so I could say who it was, but whoever was working December 15, 2024 at around 1 PM, thank you thank you thank you! Management you have an amazing employee.
