Went to Camp Hill plaza store - their system went down and they could not help me. They called Capital City Mall store - no answer, msg said store closed. Went to store in Enola off Valley Road. This is the 2nd time I've gone here for help and both times received it! Will stop here first from now one if help is needed. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful in trying to fix problem (3G phone - had to get a new one). Worked with me to get a nice phone that stayed within current plan's costs. Highly recommend!

As a woman just trying to purchase a phone for my daughter, I feel so very uncomfortable with the employees in this store. Unfortunately, we were the only customers in the store - our associate was watching sports and laughing with his coworkers all while "helping" us out. He did not explain my options. He did not even tell us his name. He was very rude and his manager seemed to except and perpetuate the behavior of the employees. This experience has made me reconsider renewing my contract with AT&T.
