First to say I am not a review guy. I went here because my wife's car had an issue starting. I…read morejumped it and brought it in. They changed the battery and it took me over two and a half hours to get the battery changed. I had the battery changed and my wife called me concerned because she had our two daughters in the car and she was driving down the street and the car stopped. This was one day after the battery was changed. The very next day we brought it to the jeep dealership where we bought the car and they said "we thought we have seen it all but this one takes the cake". They took a video and it is attached to this review - there is clear error in installation. I will post this video below. Here is the problem. I called them and admittedly it took me a while as I travel for work. They then took their sweet time not getting back to me with every excuse in the world. I want to be clear I asked for my money and I told them more importantly this kid is Going to hurt someone. My wife was in the middle of the street. I spoke to the manager who told me he would look into it. After getting back to me he said there was nothing they can do. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FAMILY SAFE. after discussion with the manager he pointed out how I took too long to get back to them. He ignored the video. And told me with his employee told me that he was fixing it in a different way. In reality the Young man told me he had trouble loosening the nuts on my battery. To protect yourself and your family DO NOT go to this place. Frank - you asked me to reach out, I should have been more clear. I did that. Got the run around. Spoke to Anthony who was the regional manager and he told me there was nothing he could do. Bad business. Way to stand by your services.

In one call yesterday, they offered to meet me at my car parked in the neighborhood that same afternoon. Cory (sp?) was direct and honest about wait times and services costs. He troubleshooted with me to ensure a new battery was needed, and not just a jump. Communication about wait times was superb, along w/ cost & payment options. I am a fairly small customer and they treat me like I am gold. Their battery prices are extremely competitive they go out of their way in every way to accommodate my needs to answer questions to provide batteries expeditiously and trouble shoot any of their products if there's any kind of problem and even drop off or pick them up after hours if I need special consideration. . They return phone calls and go out of their way to make sure I'm happy. I think they are a family run company I'm not sure but they sure take great care of me in every way.
