This store is no exception. It is a pleasure to deal with people and not automated phones. I was looking for a camera battery and while they did not carry it in the end, the batteries plus representative made all the efforts to look the battery up. Confirm that she did not have it at her store, but checked all the other batteries pluses in the area and confirmed that none of the stores carried that particular Battery But even offered another company for me to try. Unfortunately, that company was a big box store that I had already reached out to and hung up because all I could get was an animated service that could not help me. Wherever and whenever I can, I will use this store over any other store.

It was only about $9 more than a standard battery replacement, so I figured that if I used it just one more time, I would come out ahead. I was told all I would need to do in the future was provide my phone number. I saved my receipt, just in case. Fast forward to today, I returned for another battery replacement. The store was empty except for one associate, Samantha. At first, she seemed hesitant, not because she didn't want to honor the lifetime service, but because she was concerned about damaging an expensive watch. She mentioned that if the watch was worth more than $150, they might instead offer to refund the lifetime service fee or transfer it to a different watch. I told her the battery had already been replaced twice there without issue. She decided to proceed and, to my surprise, replaced the battery in just a few minutes, much faster than previous visits. In the end, I definitely got my money's worth. If you have a watch that isn't particularly expensive, I think this is a good program to consider at Batteries Plus. Just be aware that some staff might be cautious if your watch is on the pricier side.
