We requested an upgraded system with higher efficiency which cost more than the cheapest system because energy efficiency is important to us. Dave was on time for his appointment, organized and thorough in looking over our existing system and the layout of our home, vents and returns. He also suggested we increase the size of our AC even before I mentioned that on really hot summer days it would get up to 80* with the AC constantly running. He matched one aspect of another company's offer. He explained his proposal welll and we ultimately went with Gibson. The installers were very efficient and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They made sure I was connected via the manufacturer's app and that I understood how to operate the system. Dave and the two installers displayed professionalism throughout.

There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!!
