He came in and got to work, and had the problem whipped in no time. He had everything he needed to do the diagnosis, and fix the problem on the spot. I was really happy with the over all cost of the trouble shooting and repair work. I was expecting it to me more. It was very reasonable for the amount of time and effort put into fixing the problem. I seriously spent at least 3 Saturdays trying to figure this out myself, and I'm kicking myself for not just calling these guys sooner. He and one of his teammates Virgil came out and determined that the problem was deep rooted and actually did begin outside and unfortunately did require the inside service to be changed as well. He assembled his team and knocked this project out in a day and a half. Each and every one of his team were kind and professional throughout the project. At the conclusion, Felix conducted a final walkthrough and explained every detail of what was done along with the "how-to's" of each of the items I was unsure of.
