He and one of his teammates Virgil came out and determined that the problem was deep rooted and actually did begin outside and unfortunately did require the inside service to be changed as well. He assembled his team and knocked this project out in a day and a half. Each and every one of his team were kind and professional throughout the project. The service call was on a Sunday, so I certainly understand the premium charge. But I was essentially charged $500 for labor to unplug and plug in a new thermostat (a $200 part). No new wiring, just plug and play. The tech did check the furnace and air conditioner, but my total bill was $700. Again, I understand the Sunday premium charge, but a $500 labor charge is way too extreme. I'm rating them a 3, only because the tech was very helpful, but I would have rated them much lower because of an obvious price gouging practice that this company uses, which was extremely disappointing. I've learned a very hard lesson to never use them again..

They said our cans were bad. Turns out they put the lightbulbs in so tight that it pushed the tab that signals light to come on.

The oil was changed and a little tinkering was done in about an hours time. They charged me $1000 for this small job. I called the owner and asked why he had charged such an outran out of money. He said he didn't make a big enough profit on the sale. He was going to make me pay to make up for what he didn't make on the sale. Then to top it off, the tech came and returned my keys, stating that in order for me to save time they left the locking mechanism unlocked. This didn't seem right and U talked to someone and he said he would come out and get the lock to work. This man did show up and bent the metal frame back into place and got the lock to work. Mr. Sparky sent an a Accomplished technician to work on my generator and couldn't even figure out a simple way of locking my generator. Makes you wonder how bad it was that they had overcharged me abundantly and then didn't have the foggy ass of how to lock the door of the generator I would never send a person that is elderly to deal with these people. It's almost like they have a gun to your head.
