I've been there multiple times for things ranging from toy batteries to automotive needs. What strikes me most is the relationship between the staff and the customers. People are often greeted by a handshake and a welcome Mr X or what can I do for you Mrs Y. When I first went to this store I thought it was an anomaly. I think I was in need of a watch battery. I was treated so well I returned for a laptop battery... quite an old laptop actually and they found the perfect replacement... still going years later. I saw this great customer service yet again. So I've returned for multiple other electronic purchases from bulbs to flashlights and each time I witness something that I didn't realize still existed in the world of chain franchises... personal service from competent professional people.
