Commercial Van Interiors - Returned my van to me with the…read morecheck engine light on, then salesman Brian Peck denied it had anything to do with them even though it did. - Installed the wrong size/model Alurack roof rack; then Brian denied it even after I pointed it out. Roof leaking at two mounting points. - Failed to properly attach auxiliary battery to floor; only one of four screws went into the floor. - Totally botched Maxx fan installation. Used improper caulk. Didn't paint bare metal. Sheet metal distorted around fan causes puddling and leaking. No bracing; fan bounces while going down road. - Brian told me during consultation that my Adrian Steel shelving would be installed using factory threaded holes and Adrian Steel rail system, but then fabricated mounts and drilled new holes in van instead without even telling me about the change. - Improperly installed Prime Design roof rack. Did not follow manufacturer instructions; no anti-seize on threads, no silicone over screw heads, and damaged my van by cross-threading screws into the threaded holes in roof of van. Mounting screws no longer removable, autobody shops say never try to remove screws or I may need to replace whole roof. -Various areas where hardware was put in wrong sequence, missing lock washers, etc. -Inverter installed vertically, against manufacturer's instructions. - Manager Brandon Henson cut off communication, will not fix any issues, won't give any explanation.

Today, an employee who was stocking cupcakes near the front entrance stopped me with a very rude attitude and told me I could not bring my scooter in. When I tried to explain myself, she sarcastically remarked "that's what the bike rack is for" as if I were a child who needed to be put in my place. I have never in my life been spoken to that way by a stranger, let alone a store employee. I was not riding my scooter through the store. I use it to get around and always push it while I shop. I have never been told this was a problem at any other location. I also looked into it and there is no Kroger policy that prohibits customers from bringing a scooter inside.. so she had no business making up her own rules and enforcing them on customers in such a condescending way. And if this woman was a manager, that is even more disappointing. Someone in a leadership role should know better than to speak to customers that way. It sets a terrible example and reflects poorly on the entire store. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location. Kroger should train their employees and especially their managers. to treat customers with basic respect before confronting them over something that isn't even against store policy.

I stopped to get gas. Filled my tank up and had to see the cashier for my receipt. When I went up…read moreto the window I asked if I could ask a question. The young lady went off on me because she is over work and she's tired of people asking her questions. I told her I didn't need her going off on me for a yes or no question. I bite my tongue and choose not to go off on her. Maybe Kroger should make better choices putting some employees dealing directly with people.
