They kept in good contact with me on the status of the repair and fixed it as good as new. I know you can order things online and even find some of the products they sell in box stores, however you will not get the level of treatment I received at Jamieson's. The price I paid for the speaker was the same price I could have ordered it online, but I never knew I was going to get the support and professionalism for no additional charge. Service was everything in this situation. If I had purchased it online, I would have a nearly 70 lb broken speaker and not a clue of what to do or how to fix it.
