Communication Call, text or email! They are receive all forms of communication and are very prompt! I have yet to ever be on hold or unable to reach them during business hours. Whoever has been receiving me through text and calls has been pleasant to work with; as well as courteous and professional. Delivery With each order they text you a link to see where the driver is at all times! It's a GPS service they are working with to give the customers the ease and satisfaction of knowing just where their order is at and what the ETA is currently! Additionally, every time my driver has come out to me, he has been set up in personal protective equipment; facemask, silicone gloves and has been so friendly! I am very particular with strains and so I'm always looking for a dispensary that carries Sativas. Many carry limited quantities or simply do not carry them! I've never had a problem with Rebels inventory and recently the AK-47 they have carried was INCREDIBLE! Therapeutic in genera andl invigorating for me as a creative mind! It's been just the right fit for me! Management As far as I know the owner is a woman and she/her team is doing an incredible job with receiving and responding to each and every customer/order. The business has a solid plan of action and they are very receptive to concerns or problems. I've only had one concern ever and they went over and beyond with addressing it. My end thoughts... Many mobile dispensaries are taking advantage of customers, selling low grade marijuana for high prices, delivery times are completely off, etc. -- Rebel Naturals is a departure from the chaos of mobile dispensaries that have blown up, they truly are a business with honest intentions, clear consideration for the patients, awesome inventory and good management. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE WHO IS A MEDICINAL MARIJUANA PATIENT LOOKING FOR A MOBILE AVENUE! THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ME DURING THIS CRISIS AND HAVE NOT LET ME DOWN!
