This review concerning a laptop battery replacement is actually long overdue! I purchased a laptop battery from one of Battery Technology Inc (BTI) resellers which became defective within the one year guaranteed warranty. After receiving some dismissive and unconcerned remarks from the reseller they directed me to BTI for battery replacement. I first contacted their customer service department via email but after not receiving a reply I phoned their customer service directly. The customer service representative (CSR) very professionally, sincerely and apologetically explained they had replied to my email a day later. I found that email reply while still on the phone with the CSR and wound up being apologetic myself. I followed the email instructions for returning the battery and obtained the replacement within 2 weeks. I am quite impressed with BTI's Customer service department, their prompt responses to my customer service needs, and creating an enjoyable, satisfying customer service experience! read more

NEVER AGAIN. I have been in contact with this company THREE times regarding a battery for a Dell laptop. They've "replaced" it twice. Both times the battery has only lasted a week. I have sent in my laptop for 'repairs' because they said my laptop wasn't "recognizing" the battery. The laptop tech said there was nothing wrong with the laptop, but that the battery was dead. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The people I dealt with were somewhat friendly but still insisted that it wasn't their product, obviously I don't agree. read more
