She had a bit of an attitude and wasn't the kindest. But, n all fairness the other girl that ended up helping me was nicer and resolved my issue . But, I cancelled my service with Tmobile due to the very same poor customer service that I always experience with Tmobile . Which is why I will never switch to the again.

Decided to move my account from AT&T to T-Mobile to get that promotion. I arrived Wednesday around 5pm. I first arrived just to see what promotions were available. I was greeted by a store associate (which would later learn she was only 4 months on the job and created a hassle with my situation). I began the process to transfer my line and get a new phone. ALEX took over my situation and he was completely the whole reason why I continued this with this transfer. He was there until CLOSING to make sure we had a good start to continue the following day. Arrived Friday (Thursday was Thanksgiving and they were closed). The first woman who assisted me continued to where Alex left off. She asked for a receipt that she gave to me that had the numbers for the specific individual. I thought this was necessary to continue and I went to two of my homes to try to fine this paper - took 1 hour of my time. I was unable to locate it and headed back to the store to see if there is a way around it. This is when ALEX noticed me and picked up my "case", HE WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT INFORMATION IN SECONDS. This showed how experienced he is. He took care of everything and stuck with me for HOURS until everything was taken care of. He also was assisting his coworkers - multi-tasking without a hitch! I would give them a 5 but their Geek Squad is not the best and I can't recommend them. I am sure they are great for simple things. He went through all the features of my new phone and put everything from the phone I was tossing into the new one. All of my photos, everything. I told him I was not good with phones and had little understanding so I wanted him to do it all, even put my wallpaper back on. He was patient and kind and explained things to me more than once and then showed me. He suggested other apps I should download and did that for me as well. He did everything I asked and more. I wanted earbuds--know nothing about them and he showed me how to use them, what would be best for me and I bought them. I also bought everything else he thought I would need and I love my new case. He was so nice and paid attention to me, not my know it all husband. He helped me. He was so great. He is the only way I will deal with again, so give the guy a raise. I wish I could recall his names, but I forgot. But he is adorable. He spent over an hour with me and never rushed me when he saw I was confused. My photos were restored and he showed me new apps I would want and need for the moved stuff. If he helped me get the wallpaper I had back on to the new phone. When I left I had a working phone that I was able to use right away and I was able to figure out what I needed to know. I was so lucky to find this salesman.

Had to use a different Yelp account because the owner was threatening me. Called him up to see if he could repair the glass on the front of my iPhone, and was a bit put off by his phone skills. But nevertheless I set up an appointment and headed over. I got three texts from him asking me where I was, even though I kept telling him I'd be there at our agreed upon time. I had a weird feeling but really needed my phone fixed so I figured to just stick with it. I met him, seemed nice enough, gave him my phone and 35 minutes later he came out with my screen fixed. Score! Wish that was the end of this story so that I could give him 5 stars despite the social awkwardness. I walked outside and tried to put my phone to sleep with the top button, but it wasn't working. Hm okay. I called him and it went to voicemail. I texted him telling him that my top button wasn't working. That's when it started. He said "your button wasn't working already correct?" I told him that indeed all my buttons were working prior. He said "don't try and put it on me if it was like that" and I assured him it was not. I called him and politely explained that my button wasn't working and he starting berating me and calling me a liar and cheat. I was floored, is this for real? Did I just get swindled? haha I tried to keep my calm, but ended up cussing him out and hanging up. I never get mad, but wow this guy was unreal. He then continued to text me calling me a "rude ass" among other things until I finally just stop reading his texts. Put me in a bad mood, I lost $50, and now 15 minutes later the display screen is flashing and the colors aren't showing up correctly. 100% rip off and completely rude to top it off. Talk about expert...This guy knows his stuff! Professional, organized, and reliable. I took my iPhone in for repair and he fixed it that day. He gets busy but finishes his work ASAP. I always go to Daniel for phone repairs and always refer friends to get custom designs, like different colors for the back of an iPhone or changing the main button to a difft color/design. He has THE BEST customer service. I have yet to give the guy a task that he couldn't handle. He even gave me a sticky cover for my iPhone that makes it look sparkly at many angles for free just because I liked it! Lol I definitely recommend him and ur an idiot if u go anywhere else. Broken iphone? No worries, bring it in to Star iPhone Repair and within 24 hours (same day if you bring it in early enough) you'll have a brand new looking iphone. I was so bummed when I dropped my baby and the screen was absolutely demolished but after a friend referred me here, my baby's looking as good as new and for cheap. I'm sure they fix other issues with the phones too but I just came for a screen. I'd recommend them for any other issues as well though since they did such a great job with my issue. read more

I posted my review the owner said it's impossible that what you say even happened because we have been closed for a week. Not true!!! So I posted the receipt showing obviously I was there in that day and time. Then owner claims that they didn't get paid for services other location was paid instead. But since we paid in CASH to the owner that now all a sudden he remembers me now through looking at surveillance obviously missed the cash transaction part unless he's giving his cash to the other location. They claim each location is independently owned and operated which may be true but like I stated- I took the phone to LABrea location and a worker himself told me one hour wait time and then took the phone to the Regent location. At the Regent location is where He fixed the phone and The cash transaction was done. In all my years of Yelping I have never been harassed like this in my inbox it started yesterday even after I told him to stop messaging me I still woke up to messages. 10/24/19 UPDATE FACTS!!!!!!!!Update since I was asked to remove comment and I'm not removing anything.Let me clarify this is for a Review for Services Saturday October 19, 2019. I have receipt to prove it. You need to look at your security cameras On that day around 1 pm. Phone was Dropped off at LaBrea at 11 am location and picked up at 214 Regent Location around 1:15pm. Since you are looking for an invoice as I stated we brought my brothers phone in Last name -Johnson. Check Your records invoices or whatever. This is an actual factual yelp review by a customer (myself) staying the service I received on this day. Ok I was in LA and my brother needed to get His phone fixed and we Found the first location driving down LaBrea. So let me list the problems: 1- Parked in front walked to door nobody there, we walked back to car started it up and a man comes out asking how he can help us and my brother left his phone there and they said it would be an hour To Fix it ok no problem. 2- We go after about an Hour and a half Just knowing the phone would be ready and we walk in to get the phone and the man says-"Oh we had to send the phone to our other location so You need to Go over there to pick it up. So now I need to drive some place Else. At this point we are irritated but ok the phone should Be ready, right??? 3- wrong !!! When we walked in the phone was on the counter still all Cracked up. The man at the new location hadn't even started on it. So now we have another hour wait. We were super irritated at this point. But they got two stars because they did good work but they need better communication and to make sure they work on peoples phones in a timely manner at the original location or at least give the customer an option or a heads up. Needless to say I won't be going back there again.
