Here you will get a "Sommelier" of Batteries to expertly guide you through the process of finding the right battery for your vehicle or devices. They will even help replace a bad car battery if you manage to get your car to their location (BMW's they cannot touch) or carry your new battery out to your vehicle to take home. I was thoroughly impressed at the level of detail the gentleman who explained to me why batteries go bad and made it so easy to understand exactly what often goes wrong. Before I even got into the building, one of their staff ran to help get ready door for me. The following day, I step foot in the building I was immediately greeted and assisted. They track everything they do and effectively communicate not only with the customer but also the service technicians in the back working on various battery projects. I honestly cannot recall the last time I felt, not only welcomed, but waited on throughout the entire process of getting a new battery. These are good people that know what they are doing and are very courteous. The place is clean, organized and a distributor for Interstate batteries. I would recommend you cut out the middle men and come straight here even if it is out of the way for you. They are the first people that will come to mind when I know someone having battery issues and need to replace it. Despite being far away, I will make that trip to give them more business. It takes a lot to get praise out of me and this business is one of the few that effortlessly did it.

This is apparently a known occurrence. And it does stop...eventually. They could have, nay SHOULD have warned me. However my greatest complaint is that less than 90 days later the phone began to swell in the area of the battery. The glass screen became pushed out so badly that it began to distort images. I became so concerned by it that I ended up replacing the phone altogether just a few months after Batteries Plus had "repaired" it.
