Still under warranty so brought it back and they say nothing they can do. Phone is done!! Then lock screen comes on looking like it's a new phone to set up. Tried accessing my account and phone goes black again. They don't know anything about phone repair and at this point I question if phone was hacked. Do not take your phone here!!!! And when phone was brought back in to correct problem employee said 30 mins. Then told us it'd be at least 4 hours!! Don't trust them!!!

He tells customers of the Hybrid Battery…read moreExperts that he's been experienced 14 years and he can replace the bad cells and fix the battery for half the price - $700.00. He's a rip off and the business knows that. Hector came to Jacksonville with a truck full of parts he took from other cars and replaced my control module without even knowing if it was bad. That was an additional $200 that he included in the price. Within a week, the error lights were back on. Although he promised to fix it, there was always an excuse - he was either in New Jersey or Puerto Rico or as he puts it - life happens. He has yet to make good on his work or his promise. I am in the process of filing in small claims court, especially now that I see how many other people have been ripped off by Hector and this company.

Maegan -hopefully i am spelling her name correct- she is pretty quick, sharp, very customer oriented to strangers and has a great helpful tendency... She put me on to Alex- who comes out, has a great ability to find solutions, resolve, provide different types of input/values and cares for customers...He can speak different languages like Spanish and English which is key in today's world at least in Florida and California if not anywhere- just kidding. he was real nice....highly helpful...he has the ability to ask any of his colleagues also without hesitation -that's true solution oriented, caring for customers.
