He could not get it to run so said he would have to keep and work on it. He stated it could get expensive going into the key area. I left the scooter and within 15min. The technician was calling asking if I had gone very far. The scooter was ready, nothing wrong. This company could have given a large bill for work he did not do. Not only did they take care of the problem that I originally needed. They helped me see that another one of my tires was in need of a repair too. The technician I had came all the way from downtown Orlando and back just to help me get my car back on the road. Shout out to them. It was a little pricy but this is one of the companies where the value of the service and work match the price and I would pay over again if I had to.

He's a rip off and the business knows that. Hector came to Jacksonville with a truck full of parts he took from other cars and replaced my control module without even knowing if it was bad. That was an additional $200 that he included in the price. Within a week, the error lights were back on. Although he promised to fix it, there was always an excuse - he was either in New Jersey or Puerto Rico or as he puts it - life happens. He has yet to make good on his work or his promise. I am in the process of filing in small claims court, especially now that I see how many other people have been ripped off by Hector and this company.
