They said no problem. Several hours later I get a call from Michael accusing me of dropping the phone and trying to take it to other repair shops before taking it to him. The phone came back with new damage around the edges. I suspect that the employee broke it while attempting the repair and is now trying to blame it on the customer. Not Cool Batteries Plus. Not Cool.

In every instance I've had to stop by to purchase any products or to have services completed, I've always been met by a friendly and accommodating staff member. On this particular day I was assisted by one of the employees, Felix, who helped replace a temperamental battery in my garage door opener.
