They told us we would have to call around locally ourselves. We finally talked with a local garage that put us in touch with Rob. He came almost immediately from 40 mins away to help us in the garage. He was able to repair the tire on site. It was such a relief. If I could give more than 5 starts I would…read more.. Last week my car stalled during rush hour on 495N and wouldn't start. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.
