It was a busy day and my daughter and my husband went in and waited close to 40 minutes to get their turn. They sat patiently on the bleachers with their gear. Same players were going back and forth to each cage. A couple of families came in after my daughter and they were helped right away and got them started batting. Not once did they offer to help my daughter. My husband got fed up and asked one of the parents if they were done. He didn't hear him so my husband had to raise his voice to get his attention. Apparently this person did not like that and got on my husband's face and told him there is no need to be rude. Two other male parents joined in against my husband and got one of the workers involved. At this point my husband was furious explaining the situation not only to the worker but everyone else who was there. He will certainly put in a word with Andy the manager who apparently was not there. Sadly they have lost buisness with us because of this.

I really like this facility. It's Clean and new. They got a baseball/softball store and really cool indoor batting cages. Specially for El Paso, having indoor cages with A/C its a must! They have the option of automatic pitching machine or just cages for pitching/catching practice. I really liked their automatic pitching cage because it has a pretty cool software that simulates and shows how it would affect a live game. This is a great place for single practice and groups.
