Even Sam's Club pizza tastes significantly better than the pizza they gave us. Looking at the box I discovered it wasn't even their own pizza. It was from an outside vendor who offers them significantly cheaper than the venue charges. Overall the park was very underwhelming consisting of mostly a big jumping balloon which consisted of mostly slides and climbing, swings, and a small jungle gym. They had a small endurance track above but it was very disappointing. It was significantly smaller than expected and the service wasn't the best. The restrooms don't allow you to flush toilet paper. I guess that should've been the first sign of how our experience was gonna go. I gotta say this place was not worth the price of admission. The food is very low quality. Even the Little Cesar's pizza tastes way better then the pizza there. Even western play land offers somewhat slightly better quality food than this place does. I definitely won't be returning.

Instead of being open and honest about their establishment they are having people give fake reviews.** We rented this space for our toddlers 2nd birthday. Although the inside is a fun and welcoming environment for kids and parents, the host for our event was not welcoming at all. We had a horrible experience with her. They have an imagination station for kids to play freely with toys and all the host did the entire time was follow the children around and put all the toys back instead of letting the children feel free to play. It's like she wanted everything in exact order at all times! These are toddlers who want to play from station to station and all she did was interrupt them the entire time! This place also has a ball pit and she was yelling at 2-5 year olds like a mean old grandma to stop throwing the balls! She wouldn't allow the children to play, she hovered over them like a hawk. She ACTIVELY took a lollipop out of the mouths of 3 toddlers! Instead of coming to us or other parents to tell the babies no candy in the play area, she took it upon herself to take the candy from their mouths and throw it away. She also made the children clean up after themselves with the toys. These are guests!! And we paid ALOT of money for people to attend and have fun and she made them clean!! Instead of coming to the parents. Horrible horrible service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone who has active children who love to play. All they will do is make the kids clean and cry. This is one of the most thoughtful, clean, and well-designed play spaces we've ever been to. It truly feels like every toy I've ever wanted to buy my kid--but couldn't because of cost or space--lives here. There are clearly defined areas for different types of play, from sensory swings and climbing to imaginative and calm play, and it all flows beautifully. While it's wonderfully inclusive, this place is absolutely for all kids, including neurotypical ones. My child loved every minute. You can tell so much care went into the setup--nothing feels random or overwhelming. If you live here, use this place all the time. Your kid will love it. We wish we had one like this back home.
