The burger was amazing!! The double dipped wings are good, get them bone-in. Beware they are huge.

Track One was highly recommended to my daughter. We're visiting and she decided we should go and check it out. We went for lunch and there was a 30-40 minute wait so we put our name in and waited. The dining rooms are train cars and they were decorated for Valentine's Day. There was a lot going on in there but it was festive and fun! The staff were so nice and friendly! And they hustled! All four of us enjoyed our food! My husband got a side of coleslaw and didn't like it at all, but everything else was good and we all left feeling really full. Would we go back? Yep!

I was on a business trip with a coworker. Asked a friend from high school where I should eat while in town. He said Track One has the best wings in El Paso. That means I gotta try them, yeah? Arrived around 8. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. I take that as a great sign. Had a table in 10 minutes. Nice. The dining room was an old railroad car. The seats at our table were comfy. Our server was there right away. Took a drink order. Gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. I ordered half double dipped and half spicy lemon pepper. These were the best wings I've probably had in the past year. I will 100% be stopping in again. Probably every time I end up in El Paso.

I came here after passing this many times on our trips to El Paso! It always seems to be busy so you know that's a good sign! We went in and sure enough there's a line but we put our name down and we're allowed to check the bar out. Luckily spots opened at the bar and we got to sit there fast! The bartender was super friendly and fast and offered great recommendations. We got the wings and let me tell you.. they. Are. AMAZING. The whole train car feel is really awesome and takes you back to like western times. It's a dimly lit small spot but very cute and family friendly atmosphere! 10/10 will be back

I stumbled into this place as a traveling man wanting a quick bite. It was 4:30 local time so it wasn't busy, which was good. It was apparent from the menu they specialized in wings and burgers. I ordered the Cowboy burger and I have to say it was a very good burger. Not the best I've had (to be fair, I've traveled a lot and had a lot of burgers) but very tasty. Staff were very friendly and attentive. It's a really cool atmosphere especially if you're a train buff. Would definitely return.

Haven't been to track one in so long, it's a classic for sure! We walked in on a Monday and had a 45 minute wait, but the great thing is that they call your phone when your table is ready! I missed the call and when I called back 5 minutes later, the hostess still saved our spot so we sat when we got inside. Great service there, then the servers were also friendly and helpful! Everything we got was amazing, you have to try the double dip wings and nachos!!

Chicken nachos!! Enough for at least 6 people ! I ate for three days

The food was fantastic, service was good but the server was running amuck . The box cars are unique, however that makes seating very tight. I would not suggest large groups

After enjoying a baseball game, I was lucky to stumble upon the Track One truck. I think I surprised Santos and Brandon a bit, but they were all set to share the Track One experience. These guys were super friendly and recommended the wings and strips, which turned out to be the perfect choice for me. I know a lot of people in El Paso claim they have the best food, but this hidden gem was truly something special. Meeting their food truck was a great experience, and I can only imagine how amazing their restaurant will be--stay tuned for that review! Anyway, it's a food truck where you can create your own vibe. So, if you spot this truck zooming around El Paso, I highly recommend following them to see what I mean. Big thanks to Santos and Brandon for showcasing El Paso to a guy from Orange County, CA. I hope the owners recognize how valuable you both are. Thanks, guys!

I can't believe I'm having to write this because Track One has been one of my go-to spots for years, but it has gone so far downhill that I just can't ignore it anymore. I miss the days when the service was reliable, and the staff actually cared about doing their jobs instead of being dismissive and downright disrespectful when asked to correct their own mistakes. Lately, I've noticed more issues than usual, but the final straw was this: I placed a to-go order, paid for it in full, and then realized they didn't even give me what I paid for. Instead of fixing it right away, they texted me to promise a credit for my next visit. Fine. But when I actually made the effort to drive all the way back, the front staff told me no, completely dismissing what I was told earlier. This is absolutely unacceptable, and it's so disappointing to see a once-great place deteriorate like this. I never thought I'd say this, but if you care about good customer service, avoid coming here. I truly hope they get it together, but for now, I'm heartbroken that this is what Track One has become.

Kids meal PBJ. I couldn't get the pic before my nephew took a bite lol

Kids peanut butter with chips was "super good" per my nephew and was dancing the entire time while eating. 10 piece wings - half spicy lemon pepper half double dip. Sister is loving the double dip flavor and highly suggests it! Ranch and fries hit like it needed to! Our waiter was great and mentioned the double dip flavor to us. The inside has so much character and was such a cool experience. It is cold here so if you get cold fast I suggest a jacket!

Known for their wings but the rest of the menu is pretty good. Downside: it's small so you will wait quite a while at busy times.

    Do they take Apple Pay?

Steff i sorry but I'm not sure. Last time I went was couple years ago

What's usually the wait here on a Saturday afternoon?

last week we waited something like 45 minutes to seat a party of 8 around noon. Smaller groups were seated much quicker, maybe 15-20 min. I'd recommend going with 4 or less.

I'm planning a Christmas Party. Can I order large order of double dipped chicken wings to go?

I'm not sure, I have only eaten there for lunch. Sorry.

As we were seated our waiter took 10 min to great us and then another 12 min to bring our drinks. I didn't think anything of it yet it was a precursor to the rest of our dinner. After he took our order our kids food came out in a very timely fashion but our two orders of salmon and one steak sandwich took 40 min to arrive at the table. What a ridiculous waste of my time because my sandwich was missing the fries ordered and our waiter thought nothing of it till I brought it up then he took another 10 min to bring my fries. All this while simultaneously forgetting the sauce for the salmon which also took another 10 min to bring out. The salmon was so dry it was tacky and stuck to your teeth. If you know the feeling you know it's bad. The rice that came underneath the salmon was crunchy and way undercooked. All while the waiter was like oh I can bring you free deserts for your wait all while I could only think about how I just wanted to leave. I was internally livid and exhausted but kept it to my self after seeing the owner or manager who we the guy with the white hair over at the bar enjoying a few alcoholic beverages meanwhile his restaurants service and waitstaff to the worst possible job they can. I saw the people who got the most attention and good service were all regulars sitting at the bar laughing it up with the manager/owner older guy. Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. All this and the waiter is like I'll comp you for the steak sandwich with a discount for the bad service and salmon which was a whopping $5. I don't want a discount I don't want free day old desserts I want good service and decent food. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself. The restaurant is dark the tables are sticky the whole place is very compact . Perfect and quite attractive after 5-6 wines for sure. I'm sure the food is outstanding after a few drinks as well . They gave us a $25 dollar gift card to return which if I could I'd give to the owner so he could experience the same horrible food and service we did. I wouldn't even give the gift card to someone I hated. This was one of the first times in a long time I didn't just let it slide because I understand all restaurants and people have bad days but this was exceptionally bad. If you are thinking it can't be that bad think again it absolutely can. The whole "I'm sorry we usually have awesome service and everyone loves our food it's probably just me and my family " is laughable . This isn't my first time here while visiting El Paso. The food is getting worse.

The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, was busy with guests, and I was seated within just a few minutes of arriving. Unfortunately, the experience began to decline after I was seated. I waited approximately 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. While waiting, I looked through the menu and was surprised to find it noticeably dirty, which wasn't the impression I expected from a restaurant of this caliber. When my server finally arrived, she was polite but didn't seem particularly welcoming or engaging. She appeared stressed, which made the service feel rushed rather than hospitable. I ordered a Diet Dr Pepper and my meal at the same time since I had already decided what I wanted. It then took another 10 or more minutes for my drink to arrive. Shortly afterward, someone delivered bread with honey butter, which was excellent. However, no bread plate, napkin, or silverware accompanied it, so I had to flag down another employee before I could enjoy it. After waiting another 20-plus minutes, my steak and fries finally arrived. I had ordered the steak medium rare, but it was burned on one side, barely seared on the other, and when I cut into it, it was blue rare--nearly raw. I asked my server to send it back, and she promptly took it to the kitchen. About 15 minutes later, a replacement steak arrived. Unfortunately, while the opposite side was now burned, the inside was cooked to medium well. I let my server know this was still unacceptable, and she asked if I would like another steak prepared. I agreed, requesting simply that it be cooked medium rare without being burned. To the restaurant's credit, the third steak was prioritized and delivered by who I believe was the manager. She asked me to cut into it to confirm it was cooked correctly. Although the replacement was noticeably smaller and thinner than the original, it was cooked to a proper medium rare, so I accepted it. By that point, however, my fries were completely cold. The manager apologized briefly but never returned to check on the meal or my overall experience. My server didn't return until I was nearly finished eating, at which point she asked if everything was okay. I simply requested the check. What should have been about a 30-minute dinner stretched to well over an hour, and after a long day of business travel, I was ready to return to my hotel. I wasn't expecting my meal to be completely comped, but after multiple mistakes and significant delays, a small gesture of goodwill--such as discounting the entrée or even comping the soda--would have gone a long way. Overall, this restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, and I believe the food has the potential to be very good when prepared correctly. However, the service, management's follow-up, and overall attention to the guest experience fell well below what I would expect from a restaurant of this quality. I hope they can improve these areas because the restaurant certainly has the potential to provide an excellent dining experience.

For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.
