I was concerned that 'only' ten bone-in wings weren't going to be enough for dinner, so I ordered onion rings, too. My fiancée ordered five boneless wings and french fries. What a cute time travel back to the days when travel by train was the novelty! Track one has great service. Wings! Burgers! Fries - oh my! I'm not sure what the wings were formally called - maybe double dipped? Spicy and sweet and delicious. My mom and I shared a burger and it was fantastic. It had avocado and sour cream and I'm not sure I can ever eat a burger without them again! My dad got the burger with mushrooms and he was soooo happy! We split a basket of fries and they came out hot and delicious. We had saved the wing sauce, and it's great on the fries. Enjoy, and take a minute to walk around and check out the different cars. Wow! I had heard about this place a year ago and we finally decided to give it a try for a fun lunch date. We were beyond impressed. The wings are so big, these aren't your usual run of the mill frozen wings fried to order, the breading flavorful, the wings were fried hot and deliciously. I had to wait for my food to cool down to eat it, and that's saying something. We had fries with queso (and I don't recommend that, the queso was so plain and became hard quickly, but the fries were good). We tried traditional hot buffalo and the double dip sauce or something like that. It was a sweet and spicy mix that was so good and a house favorite. I definitely recommend giving them both a try. We ordered 20 wings and came home with 8. The food was filling and it wasn't much more than any other mid priced establishment. The restaurant is inside multiple train cars what are lined up parallel to each other. You can look out of the windows and see another train car of guests enjoying delicious food. The menu was very diverse with burgers, steaks, salads, nachos and of course wings. The table next to us ordered the Philly nachos and the smell of the steak, cheese and pepper combination filled the car. The only down side to being in a train car was the noise definitely echos. If you are next to screaming babies or a loud table of tipsy women your ears will be ringing a bit, but I'd say it's still worth it and maybe just part of the experience. Another downside is no garlic wings, oh man I wish they had that on the menu because I'm sure they'd be amazing. Regardless, this is an awesome stop and one we plan to bring family to. Upon arriving, we were greeted by staff and taken to our seats. The atmosphere is pretty cool as this restaurant is in an old train cart. Some spaces can be right to walk through but not too bad. We ordered the queso con tostadas (large) which we didn't care for being that the queso was just nacho cheese and the tostadas were a little over crisp. I then ordered a cowboy burger (medium well), which was great. The first time around I was brought a burger that was mid-rare. The staff made sure to correct the mistake without any hesitation. We tried this place after a recommendation from our ride share driver. This place didn't really impress. It was fine but it wasn't great. For the "best wings in El Paso", I found them to be just slightly above average. We asked for 25 of the bbq and spicy lemon pepper wings, which was just lemon pepper seasoning and buffalo sauce. I found wings to be really saucy and the sauce wasn't anything unique. The wings weren't the right temperature either they needed to be hotter. With that being said, they were good but nothing memorable. Now the fries, chips and Guacamole were really nice, which saved the meal. The place has character, I will admit that. Arrived around 8. We were told it was a 30 minute wait. I take that as a great sign. Had a table in 10 minutes. Nice. The dining room was an old railroad car. The seats at our table were comfy. Haven't been to track one in so long, it's a classic for sure! We walked in on a Monday and had a 45 minute wait, but the great thing is that they call your phone when your table is ready! I came here after passing this many times on our trips to El Paso! It always seems to be busy so you know that's a good sign! We went in and sure enough there's a line but we put our name down and we're allowed to check the bar out. Luckily spots opened at the bar and we got to sit there fast! I stumbled into this place as a traveling man wanting a quick bite. It was 4:30 local time so it wasn't busy, which was good. It was apparent from the menu they specialized in wings and burgers. I ordered the Cowboy burger and I have to say it was a very good burger. Not the best I've had (to be fair, I've traveled a lot and had a lot of burgers) but very tasty. After enjoying a baseball game, I was lucky to stumble upon the Track One truck. I think I surprised Santos and Brandon a bit, but they were all set to share the Track One experience. These guys were super friendly and recommended the wings and strips, which turned out to be the perfect choice for me. I know a lot of people in El Paso claim they have the best food, but this hidden gem was truly something special. Meeting their food truck was a great experience, and I can only imagine how amazing their restaurant will be--stay tuned for that review! Anyway, it's a food truck where you can create your own vibe. I can't believe I'm having to write this because Track One has been one of my go-to spots for years, but it has gone so far downhill that I just can't ignore it anymore. I miss the days when the service was reliable, and the staff actually cared about doing their jobs instead of being dismissive and downright disrespectful when asked to correct their own mistakes. Lately, I've noticed more issues than usual, but the final straw was this: I placed a to-go order, paid for it in full, and then realized they didn't even give me what I paid for. Instead of fixing it right away, they texted me to promise a credit for my next visit. Fine. But when I actually made the effort to drive all the way back, the front staff told me no, completely dismissing what I was told earlier. This is absolutely unacceptable, and it's so disappointing to see a once-great place deteriorate like this. I never thought I'd say this, but if you care about good customer service, avoid coming here. I truly hope they get it together, but for now, I'm heartbroken that this is what Track One has become. read more

Kids peanut butter with chips was "super good" per my nephew and was dancing the entire time while eating. 10 piece wings - half spicy lemon pepper half double dip. We went today for lunch and had one of our best meals ever. Last time we came it was near closing and we were very disappointed in the Chicken Nachos. It felt and tasted like we got whatever was left at the end of the day. So, we wanted to come back, at a different time, 11:30-1200, and try them, again. And we are so glad that we did. They were AWESOME! Plenty of chicken, beans underneath, and jalapeños and chopped tomatoes on top, all cooked to perfection! We had them with the "Double Dip" Wings (10), and they were FABULOUS, also. And they seem to be bigger than we remember, as well! Nonetheless, the place was clean and welcoming as always, and our server, "Sunny" was so friendly and charming and she took care of us so attentively! I was really excited about trying Track One we've had a few friends recommend this place. We were a bit disappointed as the service was horrible as we arrived. The hostess took 10 to even greet us and we were the only ones waiting to be seated. After he greeted us one of our family members needed to use the bathroom so she stepped away and the hostess then told us he couldn't seat us till the hole party was present..... Had he greeted us 10 min ago instead of chatting it up we could have been seated versus others being seated first while we waited for our family member to return. Food was disappointing as our wings were cold. We were a party of 4 and 3 of us got different flavored wings. All of our wings were cold. The flavor was great, especially in the double dip and honey. BBQ not too much. Sweet tea was good and their chilly cheese fries were good as well. I recently visited the restaurant with a friend and tried a few items. The double-dipped wings were a highlight, with a sweet and crispy exterior and tender, juicy chicken inside. They're definitely a must-try for any wing lover. The Philly nachos were decent, with a good amount of meat but a lot of cheese, making them a good option for cheese lovers. The flavor of the nachos was mild due to the significant amount of cheese, however. Unfortunately, the chili bowl was bland and lacked flavor, so I wouldn't recommend it. For dessert, I tried the brownie ice cream, which was pleasantly good. The brownie was rich and warm, but the serving size was small compared to the ice cream scoop given. My friend tried the chocolate chip ice cream, which was a popular selection, but I felt that the chocolate chip cookie was undercooked and didn't appreciate the flavor as much. El Paso doesn't have toooo much to offer, so a spot like this I would recommend to an out of town guest. It happens to be right next door to Fairfield Inn and another hotel also. This will give you more of the spicy taste. The size of the wings were great. They're not puny at all. We had a side order of fries and they tasted alright; like frozen ones I could throw in the air fryer. I almost got the patty melt, but reviews convinced me to go for the Track One burger, which you build and dress yourself. I chose American cheese and it had a nice angus patty cooked to my liking (medium well). I'm not that crazy about charbroiled, but this was a classic I think you can't go wrong with.
