My wife shared a few wings with me, and they were excellent. They were nice and crispy with a flavorful Asian sauce. They were definitely the star of the meal. The flatbread was okay. It was slightly burnt, which dried it out a bit, but it wasn't terrible. For drinks, I went with the Boris (Barrel-Aged Russian Imperial Oatmeal Stout), which was delicious. However, I snuck in just before their closing and was able to enjoy a round of drinks with a birthday group. Service was great , Avy was our server and she was excellent. I ordered the coconut stout and it was so good , along with that I had the smash burger with onion rings which I heard from a friend and saw reviews that it was great. The patio was full of people enjoying themselves, music was playing, and everyone looked like they were having a great time on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We quickly found a parking spot and decided to check it out. We ordered at the counter, and the bartender was incredibly friendly. He offered me a couple of tastings, which helped me find the perfect craft beer for the afternoon. With drinks in hand, we grabbed a table outside and spent some time soaking up the sunshine, listening to the music, and enjoying the lively atmosphere. Sometimes the best discoveries are the unplanned ones! I'm so glad we stumbled upon Pigeon Head Brewery. The welcoming staff, great beer, and fun vibe made for a wonderful experience. Should not have spent so much time outside taking pictures for Yelp, lol. Pale Ale - Good, but I prefer more flavor. This is currently my second "go to" beer after reds. Jimbo Porter - Better, but then I tried the Cookie Monster! I also did not taste the coconut. Cookie Monster - My favorite of the beers, so much flavor. And I am NOT usually a sweet beer drinker. It was not an overwhelming stout, probably due to the sweetness, but you can definitely taste the chocolate and slightly coffee and caramel flavors. I would get this again, but it would always have to be my last beer due to the flavors. Beers that I need to come back for when available are: Your reds, IPAs and of course your "Trinity Tripel." Ambiance - On your "about" page on your website, it says you are still looking for a home for your brewery...? Is that accurate or does that page need to be updated? Cool space, indoor and outdoor seating. Bar and table seating. 2 bars, one the back, probably only used for events. Semi private room when you walk in. Ping pong, darts, games, cornhole, cool decor on walls throughout to read, etc. Open 7 days a week, see their website. Yelp's hours/days differ slightly. We got there a little early to pick our spot at the bar. We were greeted by Shannon the owner. She is a lovely lady and later met her husband Phil. They have owned Slieve's for about three years. They have a spacious building and super clean! The staff are friendly and accommodating. There is no food on the premises to purchase, but you can bring your own food or ordered inn. It was fun to sample Girl Scout cookies and taste beer. We started with 6 tastings but they threw in a couple extra. The event was well organized and the Girl Scouts were there to sell their cookies. I was a Girl Scout 50 years ago. I think a box of cookies was $1.00 - $1.25. I paid $7. Times have certainty changed. The brewery is in an interesting location that I never knew existed before, but now I do and look forward to my return. Thank you for making our day fun and memorable!!!

She was right. We went a couple of items from the happy hour menu and were not disappointed. Calamari fries were served piping hot and tender. The Asian wraps' flavor hit all the notes. Service was good. I love a great patio, and this one was large, comfortable, and offered great shade. But do note if you are there to talk with friends, you are at a very very busy intersection. The food and beer are consistently so good. If you have kiddos you'll be happy to find a play area inside with blocks and a tv playing kid appropriate shows. They have outside seating and more space for adults and kiddos to play. The gluten free crust is the best I've ever had.
