I found Greg on yelp when I decided it would be more of a hassle for my boys to travel to NY with me for the weekend than it would be to just board them and call it a day. I drove up to check out the facilities two days before hand. Greg is INCREDIBLY friendly, we sat on the porch for about 10 minutes talking about the eagle I spotted in the large field out front of the building. I came inside and we discussed the pricing and what type of attention my boys would receive while in his care. OBVIOUSLY I was satisfied with his answers, because I made reservations to drop Zero and Ollie off the next day. I am a double amputee, when I pulled into the parking lot, Greg came out and offered to take the dogs and get the dog food out of the car, even though he told me I did not need to bring it since he offered Eukanuba food free of charge. Once inside, my boys sniffed around happily, letting themselves behind the counter to check out where they'd be spending the next few days. The front room/office was no by any means professionally decorated... it sported a stuffed goose and a buffalo on the wall, a few chairs and a counter with a phone. Upon pick up, my boys were happy, healthy and WELL FED most of all. lol My boxer (who I've been trying to fatten up so people stop thinking I starve him) had actually put on weight and my pug was quite fat and happy. :-) I've been back many MANY times. My boys hang out and watch baseball games on the couch with Greg (as he lives in the same building where the kennels are) and I've been almost reluctant to drop them off a time or two simply because I'm scared they will choose Greg over me. ((kidding of course)) BOTTOM LINE, Greg had a negative relationship with the people who owned the old building he was in because they refused to fix certain things in the home (even though the necessity of the repairs was completely their fault) and the ONE negative review looks to me like it is from someone who's got sour grapes because they're left holding the shit sandwich they tried to force feed an honest man. Their review is filled with lies and mud slinging and it is simply untrue.

We set up the "meet and greet" and multiple employees came over to see where the food, water, litter, etc is and to meet my cat. Everyone wore masks to comply with covid precautions. Over the week they were extremely professional and took great care of my cat. They stayed with him for 30 minutes per day and played with him in addition to cleaning the litter and preparing his food. They even cleaned up a little leak I had after it rained really hard one day. After each visit I got a detailed email with all they did and multiple cat photos. I'm always so worried about my cat when I go away and they made me feel so much better. I'm so so happy with this service and will 100% be using them again!

This facility is not the only one I looked at and this requirement was standard in the others as well. I chose an individual pet sitter instead.

Fortunate to live close to their facility and I need to do my dogs a solid and get them in for daycare more often than we have. As far as boarding them for a week+, we won't even consider an alternative facility. Rose quickly responded that same night and I felt very much at ease that I was speaking to a real compassionate human being. She allowed us to come visit the bunnies the next day before we left a deposit. We were thrilled with our visit. A week later we picked the bunnies up after reworking our scheduled pickup time Rose helped surprise our girl where she didn't believe they were her bunnies to bring home! They required a 'full work up visit' just to get a bag of food prescribed by his current vet and there was just no way to communicate with his vet to verity. So we drove on down and stayed with his old vet. The. only. reason. I went there was my vet was on vacation and my pet had a life threatening issue. This vet is 10 minutes from me. I would drive an hour on fire before going there ever again.
