The two other quotes I got were more than 50% less than what he quoted. It does not make sense for me to pay 2x as much for somebody living in another state to do my taxes. They said that my tax debt would either my wiped away clean or possibly lessened. It's now been 3 years since I paid them. I called repeatedly and each time they treat me as if they'd never heard of me and said something along the lines about how the guy that was hamdling my account no longer works there and they need ALL my information again so that they can get me "taken care of".
