It took them almost three hours to swap out the tires and check my alignment. I paid and left and made it 100 feet down the road before realizing my alignment is so far off I have to turn my wheel a few inches to the right just to have my car travel straight. They we professional, reasonably priced, and honest. They knew they had us backed into a corner, but they never tried to take advantage. The. Worst. Shop. In. Town…read more Dropped our van off for repairs on Thursday evening. They changed the oil filter housing, new breaks and tie rods. Said they would have it done by the following Wednesday. Wednesday comes, no car, no call. Friday we called to check on it said they be were still working on it and they would have it ready by Monday. Monday evening still no car and no call. Wednesday afternoon. No car, no calls. Thursday morning we called and asked what the problem was and they said they were just taking it down off the lift. Paid for their services almost $2000. Get the car back and it's leaking power steering fluid and the boots are knocked off of the CV joint and they claim they didn't touch it. And won't fix it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE OR YOUR MONEY TO THESE FOOLS!
