Dr Iannce is the only person I would trust with such serious surgery! He has done a 1 other implants before for me AND is the only one who knows how to do it gently. Armed with patience and an able bodied team (Kaitlyn; Joanna; Maria & others ), I was comforted and escorted to a chair where a machine took special ex-rays of my entire mouth. Remarks were made as to the status of some other teeth AND ...I was informed that a temporary bridge' would be ordered to replace the crown. I felt confident and fully trust Dr Iannace! He's an amazing, methodical and wholistic periodontist. He is though and attentive to my concerns and needs. He's reassuring and eases my anxiety and fear. The front desk gave all of our options for payment and if a specific kind of sedation would be used. Dr. Horowitz is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The appointment was at nine, we were leaving the office by 9:45 for all four teeth. If your insurance covers, I would highly suggest using this office for oral surgery. Not open every day, there are a few days in Mount Kisco.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and the doctor is really great. I went in for a check-up (x-rays and cleaning) and made a follow-up visit to have some cracked fillings replaced. I have had fillings replaced and cavities worked on in the past, but nothing like with Dr. Dibbini. It was virtually pain free. I did not have to get stabbed with a needle over and over. The doc was precise and I was perfectly numb after the first injection. The filling replacement was fast and painless. I've been other places where I needed to get multiple shots to numb me and still felt the drilling--not with Dr. Dibbini. IT WAS BY FAR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD AT A DENTAL OFFICE. I would definitely recommend this office and Dr. Dibbini.

Several times I had to tell her the suction wasn't set right as I was consistently gagging from the excessive saliva in my mouth, as well as getting splashed in my face. Her response, the water pressure was too high. When polishing my teeth, she caught my hair in the machine and I had to pull it to make her stop. Each time I expressed my concerns she responded rudely, even told me I have a problem. The dentist was polite and expressed his apologies. My mouth still hurts a day later. I know discomfort from cleaning is normal, however I should not feel pain.

I did find Dr Shih to be a good dentist and her assistants were very professional. Unfortunately, by having me pay out of pocket despite taking my insurance has made me rethink the change. After three months Im still waiting to be reimbursed. ( the insurance company confirmed she got their check)
