Smooth and creamy, the saag was exactly as hoped for and the garlic naan was chewy, warm and toothsome. Dessert was carrot halwa. We have a few Indian restaurants in southern New Hampshire and few are as consistent as India Palace. Whenever I visit, I know that I will have a great meal. Though I am finally learning that when we visit for a meal, we should always SHARE an entree instead of having one of our own. There is lots of space with enough tables to feed multiple large groups. And the servers are always extremely helpful and proactive. I love trying new things by asking them for their recommendations. So far I have not been lead astray. And be certain to take your leftovers home with you! They're just as good, if not better the following day! And if you love spice, ask for your food for as spicy as they do it at home.
