The online price was $39.99 with an offer of a $5.99 discount. I took advantage of their online offer and after taxes and shipping I was up to $46.10. Cap took longer than expected to arrive, but upon opening I found a New Era legitimate label on the inside brim marked $20.00! I contacted New Era and their pathetic customer service team responded that if a product has one price marked on it when it arrives, but they sold it online for $14.00 more, they reserve the right to sell it for the higher price! I don't know about any of you, but usually when I go into a store and something is marked lower than the advertised price, that merchant usually sells it for the lower price. Well apparently New Era, owned since 1920 by the Koch family, doesn't see fit to match or lower an item that is marked lower than what they sold it for?? Anyone else have the same experienc? I would not recommend buying from them if they won't back up their mistakes online. Bad business practice - they get a 1Star from me!!! Allen L

I buy flip flops and sandals here every year -they only last for about one season, but that could be because I wear them non-stop. They have a really neat jewelery selection, too. An entire store dedicated to skateboarding, snowboarding and a section for frisbee golf. There was quite a big selection and it wasn't busy which was a plus. The guy working was very helpful and didn't put a lot of pressure on us to buy. My significant other needed a different size in snowboard boots and apparently the new stock is yet to come in.
