I found a dress that I was into, however it was discontinued and I was only told that when I said that was the only dress I liked. The person helping me didn't really make me feel special nor have a conversation with me. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her. We just didn't hit it off. This first bridal appointment made me nervous for other ones, but it turns out this was the only appointment where I felt this way. Everything was provided (had my own shoes)and looked and fit good. Talked to some people at the wedding and found out that they paid as much as $100 more for the same thing. The service was great, no rush to return the next day. If I ever need a suit when I go up there, I'd go to Marty's.

Frankly, it was probably not even the right suit for him. Because of circumstances for us, we didn't get a chance to have me see the suit until two months before the event. At that point, we took the suit back to Men's Wearhouse and said this clearly doesn't fit the way it's supposed to. The manager, Nate, was phenomenal. He took us through all the options and ultimately was able to get this suit tailored to fit my partner correctly. The new management and staffing gave me significantly more confidence than the staff from the spring. I recommend going to this location and asking for Nate. Also, if you happen to be particularly tall, the custom suits have options that are in the same price point as the off the rack suits, and they're probably going to fit better. We learned that the hard way, but fortunately we were able to make the suit that we bought work. I was very appreciative of the current staff helping us make sure everything was right and I definitely recommend working with them.

Upon entering the place it looks beautiful with the aesthetic and the entrance. My sister rents dresses from here for her special occasions and the process is quite simple. You choose the date in which you want to hold the dress for and pick it up. They're completely transparent about any damages or stains on the dresses if someone who booked the dress previously have stained it or damaged it which is nice and good to know. Will definitely be renting dresses from here :)
