I only have great things to say about the crew here! I took apart my forks and tried to put new ones on and obviously got lost in the sauce and had no idea what I was doing and brought my bike in pieces and they could see my frustration and helped me and showed me what I did wrong and did it right. Took my bike in to get the brakes changed and they got the job done right. Pros: Great work, issue resolved. Identified other issues and fixed at a reasonable rate. Cons: Bike was in the shop for over a month. Definitely longer than I expected. Hard to get ahold of them over the phone. Overall: they do a great job, but definitely confirm the ETA of completion so you're not waiting around. read more

This location appears to have only recently opened. It's a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot, and the selection of items is not the that varied yet. But like I experienced at their other location in Pasadena, the service is great. As soon as I walked in the door, someone was checking to see if I needed any help. And when they did not have what I needed at that location, they were on the phone to their other store to see what they had. They worked to earn my business. (As opposed to other places where it feels like they are doing you a favor by waiting on you) read more

Only have had great experiences. Bought a bike a few weeks ago, when buying it, super helpful and informative. About a week later I had a flat tire, was able to bring in and get it fixed right away with no appointment needed (i did call in advance). I recently had a other problem with the bike, they fixed it right away. The problems were not their fault, it was the company that made the bikes. They have been super helpful and always kind to me. I stopped in today to get a bike so I could ride with my wife. I apparently entered the wrong door, and the guy inside pointed and snapped angrily "the other side! the other side!". I recognized the command - I use it with my dog. On the bright side if I just wait about 6 months I can probably get the bike at a discount due to the going out of business sale. People like that should not be in retail. read more

Went in today to get my chain replaced. The guys there even though they had a pile of work. Jumped right on it. Walked out same day. I really appreciate how swiftly they took care of me. I ride every other day 15-20 miles and have gotten into a smooth cadence that I did not want interrupted too much by a week or longer delay. Thanks for taking care of me. Had 2 bikes for tune up in their shop for over 2 months. I took them back since they never touched them. Originally I agreed to their 1 month backlog due to COVID. After 1.5 months, I called and they kept promising me it would be done in a few days. After 3 more excuses over the phone, I retrieve them. This reflects disorganized management and I'm guessing they've overloaded and on those who complain the loudest. I tried to sponsor local shops here but taking my business to Kemah. The worst bike shopping experience I have ever had. Paid almost 1300.00$ and was told I would get the bike in two or three weeks. It took over two months. Every time I tried to get info about my bikes arrival I was treated as if I was a little child, I was lied to by everyone in the league city shop. Lets talk about Ira if he cant cuss he cant talk he never treated me kindly and I never saw him treat any other customer with any kind of respect, he is rude, arrogant, and has know knowledge of customer service. The owner finally got involved when I started demanding my money back and it still took another week to get my bike. I was told I could have 100.00$ in store credit, Its not about the money its about the way you treat people. I was treated like sh*&%. This is a reply to Biff W. I have been going to bay are cycling for many years. The crew there is extremely helpful. The entrance he was trying to go into has a sigh that says deliveries. I'm not sure if he reads or understands English but everyone else knows what this means. As a customer I myself have pointed to people outside to use the front entrance. If he felt like a dog getting a command then he probably is a dog, which is why he just walked away. I was in the store when this happened and his version of the event was very false. They never answer their phone! Went into store and they asked if we were calling the Pasadena phone number. I said no, picked up my phone, dialed your number, and low and behold the light started flashing on their phone. He said oh yeah it's ringing. But there was no volume. Picked up the bike I had dropped off the week before and told him I was taking it to a place where they answer their phone. When we dropped off the bike he said since it was such a simple job it should be less than a week.. I recommend the bike barn. They actually returned my call when I left a message. read more

Not sure about the guy (Biff W.) that posted earlier today, but this shop is the best locally for all your cycling needs at any level. If you can't find it or they don't have it, they will order it for you ASAP! They have a front door for patrons closest to the road and another door for delivery's only...they have signs posted in large print identifying...sounds like user error on that guys part. Anyways, go in and have a chat with Chris (the bald guy) and if you need something worked on or fixed Jim and Pieter are your guys! Locally owned, locally operated...known for their customer service and expertise. Go on down to BAC where you can literally change your life! read more

First off I'll admit I like stores with a little more room. I felt a little claustrophobic, but maybe that's just me. The staff seemed a little indifferent, but pleasant enough. It was fairly underwhelming. I think I'll stick to my regular bike store. read more
