It's about $15 for one of those options or about $21 for both. I got both. Electronic photos are given on a provided thumb drive. Staff was busy but friendly. I was out the door in a few minutes.

I brought in a flash drive of documents that were far too big and complex for me to print at home on my tiny, broken printer. The boys behind the counter at FedEx got right to work printing everything out. It was a few hundred pages and the cost was just over $100. Not sure if that's good or not considering the pages were black and white, but they helped me out in a bind and I'm grateful.

At 11 a.m., I sent them an email with my attached pdf file that needed to be printed. It was ready for pick up by 3 p.m.! (In other words, I didn't have to download it onto any disk or flash drive and drive it to a copy center for copy). In my email, I explained that I needed it on 24lb sheet paper. They were professional, a family run business, fast, and very convenient! They were great! The document cost was only $28.32 for a 327 pgs.! I plan to have my document binded there in the near future!

My only minor issue would be that I asked for a quote for the project and they didn't give it until I sent them the files. I was fine with that, but instead of giving me a quote they instead just told me they had printed the files and I now owed them the price for having it printed on 12X18 100lb gloss paper. I really only wanted this on 11x17 basic paper since it was for a playtest and I was going to be writing all over it and having to print it several times with different changes. Not sure if that made it more expensive printing it on a bigger size and 100lb gloss paper but definitely made it cost prohibitive to keep printing more copies for testing purposes.

Not only were Huy's prices actually reasonable, he took the time to understand the request, ask questions, and make his own professional recommendations while other stores sent me back 1 line email replies, which felt like pulling teeth just to get basic information. We ended up working with Huy at JASK for 3 different print jobs across 2 different designers. Huy patiently educated us on fonts, bleeds, crop marks, paper thickness and quality, and pricing, helping us understand what we needed to produce what we wanted. I had my C8 Corvette Z06 wrapped in a full stealth PPF, and this was not an easy job. The team went above and beyond by custom wrapping corners wherever possible instead of taking shortcuts, and they even applied clear PPF to the exposed carbon fiber pieces that are often left with pre-cut gaps at other shops. The attention to detail was outstanding. A couple of weeks after the install, I brought the car back for the post-install inspection. They carefully went over the entire vehicle, addressed a few minor bubbles and edges that needed attention, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. That level of after-sale support gave me a lot of confidence in their work. The package also included a 9-year ceramic coating, and after getting quotes from several well-known shops around the Bay Area, AutoXpert came in with the most competitive pricing while still using high-quality film and offering a strong warranty. There were no surprises or hidden costs. What stood out the most, though, was their transparency. Mohsin took the time to explain the installation process, the film options, pricing, and what to realistically expect from a full stealth conversion. I never felt like I was being sold to--they genuinely wanted me to make the right decision. Tahir, the owner, spent 5-7 years mastering the craft before opening his own shop, and it shows. Unlike many larger shops where the owner is rarely involved and work is handed off entirely to employees, Tahir is there every day, working alongside his team and personally making sure the quality meets his standards. That level of ownership is becoming harder to find. If you're looking for a shop that combines excellent craftsmanship, fair pricing, transparency, and stands behind its work after the installation, I highly recommend AutoXpert. I brought my 2011 Camaro to…read morehave old tint removed and new tint installed thinking this would be a seamless experience, but absolutely nothing went as expected. When I went to have the windows tinted, they mentioned they could also do reflectors and back lights for $150 which I definitely had thought about and gave the okay to do. Later that day when I came to pick it up, the back lights weren't tinted, only the reflectors were... i brought this up and they said the back lights would be even more money. This seemed rather expensive, but I figured I'm already here so I guess I'll just get it done. I also had to go back to have the tint fixed on the driver side window due to a major gap at the top. The spacing didn't match the gap on the passenger window, which was slightly less of a gap. When I went to discuss this with their team, I was consistently talked out of having it fixed with the excuse that "the tint films are pre-cut and a gap is normal". While a gap is normal, it shouldn't be as large as it was. This was 100% an install issue. I ended up needing to bring my dad with me to talk to these guys. It didn't seem like they wanted to remedy the situation, and I didn't feel like I was taken seriously. I have a hard time speaking up for myself, and I felt that was taken advantage of. Finally they agreed to fix it after quite a bit of discussion with my dad. A few days later, I noticed a rattle in my rear speaker that I went to check out, and that's when I saw a bunch of tiny flakes from my old tint all over the place. On the floor, behind the back seat, on the back seats... just a mess. I took out a flashlight to clean this up myself, and noticed that there were water marks dripping all down the sides of both the inside and outside of my car below the windows from the install. I would expect both the old tint and all watermarks to be properly cleaned up, and this wasn't the case. I paid $100 for the old tint to be removed, $300 for new ceramic tint installed, $150 for 4 reflectors to be tinted, and another $100 for rear lights to be tinted. For $650, you'd think you'd get more professional and overall better service. This is not the place for that. I'm really disappointed with my experience. I will not be back and do not recommend this business.

It was 30-year old cassette tapes of me interviewing my 98 year old grandmother over the phone. My voice was too loud and hers too faint. But they managed to improve the balance and remove much of the tape hiss. I can now enjoy my grandmother's stories of growing up in the early 1900's.

Right in front of me there was a sweet old woman who noticed there was a cash discount that was posted on the well after she handed over her film, she kindly asked to pay in cash for the discount and the owner told her "Nah I already typed in your order I'm not changing it." Shoo's her away after that exchange, and then says goodbye calling her by her first name. Which tells me this is a regular customer that he treats like trash. I'm next, I pull out my super 8 film and before I can even ask a question he says "nah we don't do those you have to go somewhere else" Which is fine. Not everyone processes super 8 (even though the website says they do,) which is an old medium. But the delivery and customer service were horrible. Someone should have answered the phone in the first place so I wouldn't be here "bothering" this guy on his very busy day of sitting around doing nothing. Also, This guys website shouldn't be coded/designed like a 6th grader did it, so that way the information can be clear and easy to read. Their website explicitly says "We transfer 8mm and 16mm film" which makes me believe this owner is just lazy and chooses not to work. It's sad really, the film medium is a dying industry and there are very few people who can be there to revive this medium and unfortunately this one in the Bay Area can choose to help this art form, but instead they choose to be a lazy business owner who has disdain for people who want to support his dying business. I've received better customer service from fast food chains than this place. If/when his business fails it's not because of a lack of customers or demand of services. But at the fault of a pathetic and bitter business owner who does not deserve it. To everyone reading I recommend looking for mail in film transfer. They are much more accommodating than this pathetic place.

Four months later, the permit process has still not been properly submitted and the project has not moved forward. During this time, the company was sold to new ownership and we were not notified of the transition. Their office location closed and their main phone number was disconnected, which initially led us to believe the company had shut down after collecting our deposit. After considerable effort, I was able to track down a number for one of their project managers (Doug), who was helpful and put me in touch with the new owner. The new owner was apologetic for the delay and assured us the permits would be submitted last week. Since then, I have followed up three separate times and have not received confirmation that the permits have been submitted or any clear update on next steps. For any business, exterior signage is critical for visibility. A four-month delay after a $7,000 deposit, combined with nonexistent communication, has been extremely frustrating. I genuinely hope to update this review with a positive follow-up stating that the project was completed and commitments were honored. I would gladly revise this review if the situation is resolved promptly. At this time, however, we are still waiting for meaningful progress.
