Alexa was our cats' "main" sitter but Kaitlin also stopped by a couple of times when Alexa wasn't available. We had the opportunity meet both Alexa and Kaitlin in person before we departed, and Tomiko also came by to make sure everything would run smoothly in our absence. I am pretty organized and had typed up instructions already for Alexa and Kaitlin, but Tomiko had a very detailed checklist that she also went through with me to make sure nothing was overlooked. I really appreciated that. We got texts with pictures and updates on our cats at every visit, which we also really appreciated.
