Based on aesthetics they are a 5, they combined new and old, but it looks very nice. Customer service not bad , but not good either is meh! Not sure if they are not morning people or they just don't care. Big plus if you are not bilingual because they have Spanish speaker workers. If you have a copayment and you are purchasing your prescription through them be careful, make sure they don't double charge you (It happened to us twice). And it was a lot back and forth to get that cleared. The optical store , varies the time they are open, they closed weekends, usually in that department they are knowledgeable and nice. They are a 5. For appointments depends on your luck, once they canceled mine and gave it to me a month after, however the other day I called to reschedule an appointment for my dad and they were able to see him the next day.

I commented to Dr. P that I had to wait 2 hours. At this, Dr. P, not only got defensive, but I felt, personally insulted. I did not make an untrue statement. He was 2 hours late. I did have my eyes dilated, but had waited prior to this and after until I was seen. At this, he told me I was"Mean". I wasn't mean, I was honest as I pointed out, but he couldn't let it go. However this had nothing to do with being late. He said I couldn't say something like this and expect an apology was acceptable. He looked at my chart and said I had been coming to him since 2021. He could not drop this. He is a good doctor, however has run late consistently. I will be changing opthomologist as It was if I was at that point speaking to a spoiled child, not a professional doctor.
