I was at Costco looking for a prescription sunglasses. They did not have any but the person who worked there recommended this place. It's right off the freeway so easy to get to. The place is very busy so go with patience. They have a lot of options here. It is a little pricey but the sunglasses are really cute. They also had regular glasses. Then I placed my order it took two weeks for the sunglasses to come in. That was a but long in my opinion. I got a message to go pick them up and it was fast. By far one of the best experiences with a DR I've had in a LONG time! Between ALL of the workers they are all absolutely amazing! I went to a eye Doc for about 18 years of my life & they never did some of the test they did here. Even looked for signs of diabetes in your eyes! I thought my old dr was amazing but this younger lady dr is!! Dr farinas! She has conversations with you and talks to you about your life like you've known her for years. A true sweetheart. Never needed glasses but I do now so it unfortunately was the trip that I've got them. My eyes aren't as good as they once were even 2 years ago when I had my last trip. Being on the computer a lot has put a BIG strain on my eyes. They ended up telling me I needed them in a way that was very subtle and gave me an option if I wanted to start with my prescriptions or if I wanted to wait. I wasn't forced into getting something I didn't want. My insurance covers mostly everything, I only paid $40 for the option of lighter lenses! They also take down they glasses you try on and clean them after someone uses them on their face! So clean, such a great place! I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 120% ! They even offered coffee, water, Pepsi, and cookies! So frickin considerate man! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! I can look forward to seeing again! read more

She was pleasant and professional, while administering some tests. Moments later, I was greeted by Dr. Ingrid. I told her a little bit about myself and why I was there and she took it from there. This is the first time in my ENTIRE life, an optometrist explained everything she was doing and was going to do to me and for me coupled with the results of my tests. I appreciated her frankness, honesty, and her calming and friendly spirit. She was so professional, yet warm. Never once did I feel rushed, and she welcomed and answered every question I had. From that point, the friendly staff invited my wife, daughter and me to look around while other customers were being helped. The product line was extensive, but not overwhelming. I saw many contemporary styles from each brand. We already had an existing prescription on file, so the whole process was a breeze. ALEJANDRA is stellar, and she valued our time and made the added effort to explain all of our plan's allowances. This certainly helped my wife and I make solid decisions to make sure our out-of-pocket costs were minimized. Surprisingly, even without insurance, people would find these glasses very reasonable.
