Families and children should not receive delayed or unequal service because of their insurance type. As one of the limited providers accepting Contra Costa Health Plan/Medi-Cal, this clinic should treat every patient with dignity, fairness, and equal concern. Based on our experience and what we were told, I believe Medi-Cal patients-- including children--are treated differently. This needs immediate attention and improvement.
