Not sure if they are not morning people or they just don't care. Big plus if you are not bilingual because they have Spanish speaker workers. If you have a copayment and you are purchasing your prescription through them be careful, make sure they don't double charge you (It happened to us twice). And it was a lot back and forth to get that cleared. The optical store , varies the time they are open, they closed weekends, usually in that department they are knowledgeable and nice. They are a 5. For appointments depends on your luck, once they canceled mine and gave it to me a month after, however the other day I called to reschedule an appointment for my dad and they were able to see him the next day.

Dr Luo in the last three years has done excellent injections with no side effects or burst blood vessels. I've shown up at 4:20 PM and no one was there. I've also gone at 8:05 AM and they still weren't open. On top of that, they don't return phone calls. It's very frustrating and inconvenient when a medical office is not consistent with their stated hours and doesn't communicate with patients. If you post business hours, they should be accurate and reliable.
