Once I decided on Marvin Ultimate windows, Mike worked in a very detailed and organized way to get the proper measurements from my window installer and to finalize the many design decisions that I needed to make. This was a huge purchase and I appreciated how much time Mike took to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. After the window order, Mike worked with me for months to order the other materials. He also took great care. For example, he helped me order custom pocket doors with stile and rail sizes that match my other interior doors. He helped me problem solve. For example, the bottom of my interior doors needed to get cut because of my contractor's framing and Mike explained how I could do that without damaging the door. Overall, Dolan Lumber and Mike were invaluable for my whole house remodel. The difference between Dolan and other stores is that Dolan will respectfully and carefully work with you to get you what you want.
