Had new windows installed in our townhome. Peter is super nice. Price was really low. Get what you pay for. 5 new windows. 4 of them leaked when it rained. Couldn't get Europlex back to fix them. Ended up hiring a contracting firm. They fixed the windows. Apparently the Europlex installation didn't include the necessary flashing and sealing. read more

I don't know about the good reviews here. Seems like a scam. I contacted them for a quote through messaging on Yelp. They said someone would call me. No one got back to me. I tried calling the number listed here (and on their website). It went to some survey twice. The third time I called it said it was an invalid number. read more

Very good with communication and execute high quality work. They work efficiently and make sure to leave your home clean and exactly how it was before. It has been some time since we had our windows replaced by Peter and associate. They did a fantastic job. They were fast and efficient and CLEAN! I swear my floors were cleaner after they left than before they started (they vacuum after everything is done to make sure there's no dirt or anything left behind.) I am beyond happy with the quality of their workmanship and their professionalism. As far as pricing, they were not the cheapest but they were pretty close and the quality of materials used seemed to be reflected in the price, which was pretty darn good as I called quite a few companies for estimates. I definitely recommend this company to all our family and friends who are looking to get new windows or old windows replaced. As far as I know we have had 3 friends use them and they are just as pleased as we are. My sisters are going to have their house done soon and Europlex will be their company of choice when their windows are done. Thanks for the awesome work and super nice service. I am in the construction business myself, and I was impressed with the quality of the craftsmanship of their install. The price was phenomenal and even better, I didn't have to be at home. Peter's brother Jack said " Have a nice day we will see you at the end of the day!" When I got home, they were gone and it was like they were never even there. We could not be happier with the total service from Europlex. Last year we had 3 sliders installed. We liked them SO MUCH, we just had 2 more installed which open up from our living room out to our deck. They look great. Just wanted to take the time to say what a phenomenal business Europlex is. Our 8'x8' patio door had seized up on us and wouldn't open without throwing your whole body weight into it. I decided it was time to have the door replaced so I called Europlex for a quote. They sent someone out the very next day, something most places can't or won't do these days. I thought their quote for a new 8x8 door, including installation, was very reasonable. Then the curveball. First, I have to say Peter, of Europlex, is one of the nicest, most honest people I have ever worked with. He came out to verify the door size one more time before they ordered it, and upon looking at our old door suggested we give a try at fixing it, rather than replacing the whole thing. Not only did he suggest fixing it, but he came out and did the work himself! I'm not trying to drum up repair business for Europlex here, but Peter knows his stuff when it comes to repairing these sorts of things. I'm sure his knowledge in installation is just as extensive. One of the best parts of this whole experience is that my wife, after just having come home from a business trip was surprised with a working door! The other best part was all the money Peter helped us save by fixing the old door. The next time we need new windows/doors Peter and Europlex will be getting our business for sure. read more
