Where do I start.... This company was recommended to me from a friend so I thought they would do a good job but apparently he never use them he just knew someone who use them . Took them a few phone calls to actually come out and measure and once they did it took a few more calls to get an estimate. After about six weeks I get the estimate I tell them fine let's do the job a few more weeks go by I hear nothing. I call leave messages I text and get nothing. Finally call me with an estimate and they want half upfront and they want it in cash sounds kind of sketchy to me I said I would give a credit card but not cash then they tried to charge me an extra 10%. Wasted almost 3 months of my time in my remodel project so finally had to call someone else and have the job done 1 week later after my first phone call. read more

I have a martial arts studio and have moved a few times, but I must say these guys know what they're doing and were able to save every mirror (5 - 6x8 panels). They came in and were very courteous and professional and knew what they were doing. My review is overdue-- this team replaced my daughter's window last summer when all the fires were going on. We didn't know my daughter's window was even broken until our house was filled with smoke one morning. They even helped fix our sliding door and gave us tips on how to maintain it so the tracks wouldn't get stuck. These guys really know what they're doing! They kept us updated on our window arriving because they had to special order it, and they came right after the date it was expected to come. The process with them was super easy. Oh! I contacted Steve on or about the first of June, he was professional, polite and responsive scheduling a estimate/visit. Upon arrival 2 days later he did follow thru measuring 6 windows and a large patio door for a screen as well. I did discuss the time of two weeks delivery, with no urgent expectations. He did state he would install all the screens. About 10 days later he phoned to say the order was in and he would check all to confirm all measurements yes etc. and would then phone me to schedule the install. I was impressed and complimented him on this important business protocol. I received no more calls from Steve since that call, I phoned many times and no calls were taken. A month later about July 13 still no Steve, I tried again and he actually picked up and remembered me. I tried to eliminate any tension by asking him if he was ok considering the new virus and he confirmed he was fine. He stated he would be by the next day between 1-4 and I had no issue with this time window. No Steve. Later that night as I went to close the garage door, found 5 screens, one missing as well as the patio door screen missing. Steve had not phoned, texted nor arrive at my home front door that day. I do have Ring and was home. I thought it strange that he would leave a partial order at night even giving the creeps knowing this. No follow up call from Steve whatsoever. I eventually put the screens myself a older senior maneuvering the second story screens. I checked my bank and did find I was only charged for what I did received. I am disappointed in him, and could not recommend after this experience. One of the rubber plastic "tugs" tore, not a good quality. Steve, might you respond as to why this occurred? Very professional people! As soon as I bought my house the first thing I wanted to do was update the windows and screens. Mike came by and looked around and gave a very fair estimate! He also told me about this thing called "sun screens" and I'm glad I took his recommendation! My house is so much more cooler and it looks alot more better!
