I would not recommend this business for the fact that it is too risky to buy from. This dealership takes cars from auction and sell to their customers "as is" with no guarantees. I purchased a 2013 Lexus from them in January 2025 and in less than 8 months, it had a head gasket crack that was a very costly repair. The reputable auto shop in Fremont informed me that they had serviced cars from Bay Auto Exchange before and seen OEM parts swapped for generic. If you are going to make a deal for a used car here, I would highly recommend having a third party mechanic do a multi-point inspection to cover your bases and push back on their prices as they came down $800 dollars on their asking price the first time I asked with no resistance. That should have been a red flag for me. The salesman here was dishonest with me. After agreeing on a sale price and negotiating financing terms, he called me the next day to try to finesse another $500 dollars from me after the contract was signed. I declined to pay extra money as his reason did not even sound legitimate whatsoever. Exercise caution and if you value the piece of mind of a service warranty, I would go elsewhere. read more

I got a Tesla and they said it had full self drive mode installed in the car and then after I purchased it I saw that expired in a week and went back and they said I wasn't allowed to return it anymore, I just know you cannot return anything here! because the reason I spent The amount I spent, was because I thought it had full self drive mode. he gave me $600 back but I think I probably deserved 2 grand back. My family and I had to come back THREE different times because they were too lazy and extremely unorganized to get their own paperwork right. Their employee ROGER was a straight up smartass, rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful and was talking down on us the whole time. On our 3rd visit, to sign paperwork AGAIN they were yelling at me for not having insurance even though they NEVER asked for it and just assumed. My cousins and I had an appointment with Roger. We were looking for an SUV that one of my cousins husband wanted. At first he was really nice and professional to us but as we asked to see/test drive another vehicle, we could tell he got annoyed and started to make us feel dumb. As we looked at more and more cars they had, the less professional he got. He started cussing out of nowhere and made a subtle racist joke which wasn't funny at all. When my cousin's husband saw a 240z Nissan, we asked if it was for sale. He replied by saying no but then told us a story on how he got it. Completely switching character, he started to cuss like crazy saying how the lady was a tweaker and a junkie and that they basically scammed her for the car. This caught both me and my cousin's husband off guard. We kept on looking at the cars they had until we eventually came across a BMW X4 that they both very liked and asked to test drive. He looked at us for a bit and told us that it would he a hassle to take it out and put it back in its parking spot. At this point we realized this dealership was not it and should find a different one. All and all, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to buy your next car. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience with Roger at this dealership. At first, he seemed polite and willing to help us look for an SUV, but after the first test drive, he immediately pushed us to start paperwork without even giving us a chance to look at other options. When we asked about the BMW we originally came to see, Roger told us it was "a hassle to even bring that one out" and insisted we would need to put down a payment first with a qualified application--without even letting us test drive it. That was a huge red flag. As we walked around the lot, Roger's attitude shifted and he seemed visibly annoyed that we were even there. When my husband asked a casual question about the 240z, Roger shockingly and very unprofessionally bragged about how they "scammed" the previous owner, even referring to her as the "white lady looking like a crackhead" very derogatory and inappropriate way. This entire experience made it clear this was not the place for us. If you value professionalism, respect, and transparency, I would strongly recommend avoiding this dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! YOU WILL HAVE TO OAY OUTTA POCKET FOR PARTS AFTER DRIVING AWAY. they will hide things from you and will treat you like your dumb if you k lw what your talking about. The rear axle seal is leaking, i have to get a whole new exhaust because of the amf valve. I need to replace all sway bars lower as well, My check engine light came on, stability control, and the catalytic converter is bad and they deleted that check engine light code. There was a crack in the window that now is huge. The suspension is still messed up after I kept telling them to fix it they only fixed rear and front struts after promising in writing they would fix the alignment which you need to take care of all of the suspension first to do so.but after that one part they don't wanna take care of anything else they promised. Please do not trust them. Its extremely dangerous what they made me drive off the lot and they should not be selling a car in this condition. Horrible experience with this dealership, they told me I got accepted for a car and to come up that same day. as soon as I got I got there they told me I can't get the car anymore but they have a ss for sale instead. I chose that go with the car and rhey had me give them my down payment. They didn't even get me accepted which is crazy because that's the only reason I came in. And not only that they took 4 days to finally get me accepted and held on to my down payment so I couldn't go anywhere else. When I finally got accepted and saw the car it was to late or they made me feel like it was too late so I made a deal which we both had in writing that they would fix all the problems That where wrong with the car. Snd they only fixed one problem and do not wanna take care of what else they promised me. All in all make sure you don't give them a down payment with out making sure the car is good. Both Israel and his manager Sonny? got super aggressive and confrontational after I merely mentioned I was not comfortable with the price. Mind you they were trying to sell a car worth 12k for 17k, and had "lowered" the price from their initial 20k demand. Did not allow for me to speak and tried running around legitimate questions and concerns with financial lingo that didn't even apply to the car we were talking about. Extremely manipulative and disrespectful. You're better off doing business anywhere else. Do your research before coming into this dealer and don't let them fool you. The truck had the original stereo that said auto theft and he told me he would replace it for a tesla tablet. So I loved the truck he convinced me he would fix the stereo . I had to keep calling him to ask him about the stereo and he sends me that info of the stereo and he Lied to me he got me a cheap stereo that I looked up on YouTube and it says they're shit . I contact the owner of the dealership and he told me to take it to a stereo shop and pay to go see what is wrong with it. I told him I would like to take it back to him since he installed it at his dealership. And he just keeps ignoring me . The worst service I ever had . The so called Manager Ali aka Sonny is a fraud. Their cars are way over blue book value considering the high mileage. They lie about the vehicle prices compared to the online price. He sold me an SUV that had a transmission problem and when I returned for my SUV he had sold it to someone else. I specifically wanted the Chevrolet Equinox. He told me another SUV was $12,000 when it was only $9,999 online as well as several other cars he wouldn't give me a refund so I ended up with another car that is a nightmare and over priced by $4,000.
