DO NOT GO HERE I have been going here for at least 8 years. I have always had a decent experience, but today is the day that they have lost my business. The way that management handles issues is unacceptable. I just purchased a new car a week ago, and decided to go here for my first car wash. After going through the tunnel, I got out to vacuum and realized that my license plates, frame, and bolts had been ripped off the back of my car. I went back around to the check-in kiosk to tell them about the issue and showed them pictures of my license plate. The manager looked very inconvenienced that he had to go look for it, which I understand, but he came back with SOMEONE ELSE'S LICENSE PLATE that apparently also got torn off. I told him that it was not mine, and he went off to look for it again. He only came back with the license plate, but the bolts and frame were still missing. So I was very nice, said thank you for looking, and I drove off. I quickly drove back around and politely asked the attendant if I could get a refund, since my plate was torn off and I didn't receive half of the parts I came there with. I was going to have to order new materials, since I cannot drive around with no back plate. She went off to ask him, and they spoke for a long time before she came back and told me that they cannot offer a refund. He walked to the car and just stared into my car, saying nothing, looking annoyed. She told me that they can only offer a VIP package. The manager told the attendant to ask me AGAIN for pictures of what the license plate looked like attached to my car BEFORE the incident, as if he didn't believe me. Even though he personally handed me the license plate after looking for it in the car wash tunnel. He then continued to talk to the attendant (NOT ME), and I heard him say something about it's not his fault if the car gets damaged, and he continued to stare me down. Finally, the girl gave me $8 cash, and I got to leave. I understand situations like this happen, and it was a machine error, but this hasn't happened in my 9 years of owning a vehicle. The other issue I have with this is that I never once spoke directly with the manager; he spoke through the employee who was checking everyone in to get a car wash. I also get that it's $8, but it's the principle, and that he handled the situation so poorly and offered no accountability, or even a single word. So long story short, I don't recommend this car wash. And the management needs major improvement. read more

Self service is ok for a cheap wash. Full service was a joke. Once you exit the tunnel they don't direct you anywhere and no one is really watching to organize what cars are coming out and where to put them. So, some cars sit for 20 minutes without getting touched and others are vacuumed, but then sit. I waited 20 minutes and then grabbed my car and swept it myself and wiped it down myself and left. read more

Payed for VIP, including hand wax about a year ago. Could not have this done right then, as the guy in charge said it would be 2-3 hours. Received a IOU card. Went back today and it was treated as a regular wash and wipe down. The kid in charge said he didn't recognize the name so it is what it is. Won't be back....ever. read more

Not my normal car wash and will not be going back ever. I keep my car very clean and maintained and have never noticed any blemishes at Magic Carwash on 105, but after waiting an hour or more for my car to be done at Bay Bright I get home and park it in the sun and notice swirls all down both sides of my car. Clearly these swirls are from the shitty, dirty, old as fuck brushes that are being used. this carwash was given to me for free from the place I got my oil changed. I now know why they are giving them for free, because the "free" carwash is going to cost me at least a new wax job and probably a layer of clear coat. They broke my wind wiper and told me to leave, it wasn't their fault! Manager is unprofessional and rude! Wouldn't try to compensate or repair, said it was my fault! Have always gone to this car wash since they opened and they do a good job in a quick manner. We always buy the coupon books for both cars but now they are just too expensive. After my last two coupons are used up I will be looking around for a new car wash. Books had been around $45-$50 and have steadily gone up. Now the price is at $99 for 6 washes and that is way to high so it's DIY at home or find another car wash to try out. read more

Went in today to get my first Vip wash and detail. As a former Pro detailer I mainly purchased the monthly plan so I could run it through the wash when I'm nearby. The boy that did the inside,he did a really great job. He took my rubber mats out,the carpet mats out and vacuumed underneath and properly replaced the mats. He vacuumed the car well,got the dash,door panels, kick panels,a pillars,door jams. He actually cleaned my eheels and didn't just throw on tire shine. I was Very well pleased. No complaints today. It was busy,but that's almost anywhere ya go. It takes time to do a decent detail job. If they hired about 5 more people for the full service area..it would move quicker,but again,it takes time and I know from experience as a detailer who used to do complete details including engine bays,clay barring,full wax and polish,interior stain protectant,paint protectant shield. We drove by here and ran our 2023 Accord (mint condition wheels, but damaged in hail storm 5/12/24), and as soon as we got through the wash my husband got out to check left side bc we heard a noise in the wash, and sure enough our pristine black wheels had been damaged! The manager was not very helpful, I asked for corporate number or owners info but was not helped!!! He gave us two detail certificates which I want to give back bc I will never come here again so they are a waste! Paid money to wash the car, and now gotta pay hundreds to have the wheels repaired back to their undamaged state! It's just a matter of time before it happens again, bc my husband found the damaged equipment inside the wash that needs repair!!! Such a disappointment Paid $110 for the managers special, had to ask 2 x for the car to be cleaned more, from dead bugs still on the light covers and front of the car, to inside detail. The seats were not cleaned like they said they were going to be. the console was not wiped off, the touch screen was still filthy. My light colored ceiling upholstery now has black streaks on it that it Didn't have when I got there. Armor all overspray on the inside of the windshield. I could go on. This carwash is probably the most popular carwash in Beaumont. On a nice day, you'll find the line leading onto Dowlen, almost to Delaware. They were especially popular a couple years back when they first opened and their carwashes were only $3. Now, I believe the basic wash is $4 or $4.99. All washes come with free use of their vacuums. Their workers are quite efficient and they have plenty of them. Good. When you fall into whichever line you choose (to the right is strictly machine, pay with card and the 2 left lanes you tell the attendant which you'd like). Everyone merges until the actual car wash and afterwards, if you've chosen a package with vacuum, etc, a worker will wave at you on where to go out of their many lanes. From there, you'll park (sometimes leave your key, depending on where you fall in line) and go wait in their waiting area. They have both inside and out. If you purchase an even higher package, you can just drop off your car and come back for it. read more

Today was not their day! I paid for VIP car wash with extra power was to get mud off wheel wells. It was average busy. When they were "done "with car. They pulled it off to side and took the keys. Then girl motioned it was ready and left. The keys were lost, the inside seats were not wiped down. There was still patches of dirt all over exterior and when I finally got keys back and turned on car they had broken the automatic hatch back by forcing it closed. And now an alarm went off continually indicating door was not closed. Had to go to dealership to get repaired. I was unable to speak with management. The staff kept trying to just move me. This was my first time here and it will be my last! I purchased the hand wash with wax with armor all interior cleaning as well for $35 and the only thing it looks like they did is wash the outside and wipe down the inside with a towel, they sprayed my floor mats with water and didn't dry them before they put them back in the car. It was a waste of $35, I do a better job washing my car than they did! The inside looks exactly the same as when I brought it in, it doesn't even look clean and they didn't even vacuum between the seats! The lady said they would wash the inside windshield as well but they didn't my handprint is still in the same place as when I brought it in. I do not recommend this place for a full wash. read more

I could not believe the HORRIBLE experience at this car wash. Grandson gave me a gift card for car wash & carpet shampoo. He paid $90.00 for t his. When I arrived, I paid another $80.00 to get seats shampooed as well. Drove through car wash. Left truck for them to do cleaning. Returned after almost 5 hours to be told it was ready. Carpets & seat still soaking wet, so much Armor All on everything that they hadnt even wiped down, bugs still on front of truck (they said it was tar, NOPE, IT WAS LOVEBUGS)! Plus, they had run my battery down & my truck had to be boosted for me to come home. Never had any issue with this fairly new battery. Was soaking wet by time I got home from riding on wet seats. I had to take rubber mats & carpet mats out to be able to put turbo fan on floor carpet to dry them. After 24 hours, I'm still trying to get seats & carpet dry before they sour & mold from all the water. For $180.00 you would think you would get better service & a much better job. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN & WILL TELL EVERYONE WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID. read more

Sooo today was actually a good day to go here because they weren't busy at all! However, I don't see how they can't throw away straw paper that's sitting in the door handle or trash that's in the cup holder...this is my Second and last time coming here. The first time it happened they were super busy and I just figured well they are pretty busy it's normal to miss the little things. BUT this time they weren't busy AT ALL maybe just three cars and two people were working on my small car and still they leave trash in the car. I'm not sure why this business has chosen to not keep the equipment in good working order but it has become the worst car wash in Beaumont! If all you care about is having water sprayed on your car and cloth brushes rubbed across it, then this is your place! Today I decided to give it one more try... drove through for the self-service $9 wash and the only product sprayed on my car was a minimal trickle of soap. Several times I've gone through and only one side of my car actually had soap or wax sprayed on it. Anyway, I won't put myself through this frustration any more. While I had to wait for like almost 2 hours, it was worth it. My seats had been destroyed and they cleaned them as best as they could (95% cleaner than they were). Plus they gave me a discount from $80-something to $70-something and cleaned the whole car with it. After my car was cleaned which was fine. My car is remote start. and it was already turned on. i drove off and i started notice i didn't see my keys nor were they handed to me. I drove back and they were on the ground. no one seemed to care. very careless. they were laughing as i left. the worst car wash i have ever been to. i will not be going back. The place is great, and gets tons of customers but if you are one that takes care of your cars paint then don't go here unless you absolutely have to. The people that wipe the car dry and clean the interior are super careless. They cleaned my bumper with a coarse brush which put deep swirls in my paint. They dropped the rag on the floor then picked it up and continued wiping down (rags pick up dirt and sand on the floor which is like sand paper and scratch the paint) my car until I ran out and stopped him. Then I noticed that on another car they were climbing on the seat to clean the roof (I don't think shoe scuffs are good for leather seats) All in all I will go back to get a wash in my work SUV or truck, but will NOT take my car back to have the shiny flawless paint get damaged. read more

They are fast, friendly. The car looks better after they clean it. I have a clear xpel body paint protection film on the car, so I not concerned about scratches. I had a million bugs on the grill the other day that did not come off with the wash, and for a few dollars more they scraped them off.
