Was quoted 4 hours of labor. I did some research and learned that the whole replacement should take about 2 hours. Repair time took 2 hours and they still charged me for the 4 hour estimate....$480 more than I should have had to pay because of the estimate. Did not credit me back any time/labor. To add insult...the check-out clerk yelled at me saying "this is what you agreed to" causing other customers to look at me & make me feel highly uncomfortable. If using this dealership for maintenance/repair....question estimates/quotes to make sure you will only pay for work/parts/time that ACTUALLY happens !
