But lets go back to before I brought the bike I was very clear with the sales lady Jennifer of my intentions to do some modifications to it by adding bags that lock and speakers. She said for me to speak with parts the guy in parts could not find bags I wanted but he gave me a website and said to speak with service about the installation. I spoke with the guys in service told them the year/make/model of the bike and what i was looking to do to it. I was told yeah that won't be a problem I was even told I could have the items shipped to the shop I just needed to let them know before I ship. Ok great I paid a deposit on the bike to secure it and get the paperwork rolling. However now I have the bike and have found speakers and bags I want when I called the shop to get those items shipped I was stopped in my tracks with service stating they only work on bikes that are 10 years or newer no one said any of that when I was inquiring about that bike. Had I been informed of that possibly I would have still done business with this shop just with a different newer bike. Instead this very important information was withheld from me just to make a sale. How can they sell old bikes but then refuse to work on them thats makes no sense at all. So for anyone in the market that is thinking about one of the older bikes this shop has take my advice and keep looking. I don't recommend this motorcycle shop for your needs at all.

After a few minutes on the call he told me to try another option first and see if it works. They were super friendly and helpful. The option he gave me to try worked perfectly and saved me some money. Good to see there are still shops out there willing to help. My carburetor on my 1974 Monkey is definitely going to be rebuilt by them.

I finally got around to installing the clutch, and saw that there was no metal plates, or springs, as shown in the ebay picture, Also it was listed as a kit. I emailed GM-Cycles, and after seeing there reviews, didn't expect much. A few days later I got a response to my email, and they said there was an error, with ebay, & if I got the part numbers from Barnett, they would get me the parts at no aditional charge. The parts arived a few weeks later. After checking around, I found what I originally paid, was the going price for just the friction plates, So I really appreciate that they squared me away because of a description error. I took my 2016 Ducati Diavel to Redline to fix a miss in the engine. Brought it in April of 2021…read more Did not get it back until July of 2021 after they replaced a MAP sensor and charged me $892. Got the bike back home, drove it some, same miss occurred (it had been an intermittent problem from the start). Took it back a couple weeks later. Over the period of the next year, I kept getting every excuse imaginable (the same as others on here get). Saying they needed to replace the other MAP sensor: backordered parts, mechanics getting "training", mechanics out of town, part received but it was bad, backlog of other bikes, blah blah blah. The 2nd repair was never completed. Filed a lawsuit in September of 2022. Went to court in April of 2023. I won my case for a return of the $892 for the bad repair. I then went to get my bike back (which was still disassembled from trying to replace the 2nd MAP sensor) and was told I owed them money and could not get the bike. I got a letter from their lawyer claiming I owed attorney fees for court (THAT I WON) and the 2nd repair (WHICH WAS NOT DONE). The bill for the 2nd repair to replace the other MAP sensor? $15,700!! It claimed I owed $15,500 for "labor". I've since filed another lawsuit for possession of my bike, but that won't go to court until September of 2023. I am also filing a complaint with the Attorney General's Office of the State of Virginia for violations of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. This business needs to be shut down. Sure, they were nice when I bought the bike. Everyone on here says that. As a repair facility, they are a complete sham. This business is detrimental to consumers in every way imaginable. The only thing more shameful than this establishment is the state of Virginia not doing something about it after years and years of complaints. Consumers have easily lost tens of thousands of dollars and countless days of their time by allowing this business to remain open. UPDATE: On September 29, 2023, I finally had my day in court with Redline to regain possession of my bike. The judge only spent about 7 minutes telling Redline's lawyer that they could not keep my bike, and then found in my favor. I am trying to setup a time to get the bike this coming weekend. We'll see how that goes.

I picked up a new piston and was having trouble replacing it myself. By luck I ran across his shop. Reached out and he was incredibly responsive and accommodating. I brought the brake master cylinder into him, went to the store down the road, came back and it was fixed. He gave great suggestions for bleeding the cylinder and then the brake lines. Brakes are back to normal. All good.

I purchased a 2023 Can-Am Ryker with about 44 miles on it . The financing was fast , my pre approval rate beat my own financial institution exponentially. Check out the dealer incentives they may have at the time you purchase because I assumed and did better at the dealer . The on site insurance professional Dwight Foley streamlined that insurance and also provided top tier service . He walked me through my options and gave me the best rates based on the area I live in. While waiting I visited the service department and grabbed a cover just in case I need to leave it outside of my garage. Mike in the service department also sold me a much needed phone mount and the different components to prevent damage from the vibration of the machine messing with the phone parts . I thank Mike, he really went above and beyond to help and aided in the installation process with the technician before I left the property. So I was pleased with the over all experience , after you leave financing they have you ring a bell and you get to sign the wall of signifiers to celebrate your purchase which is so cool.
