We quickly found out that the locking lug nut couldn't be removed (our dealer gave us the wrong one after a service). I contacted the local Subaru dealer - they were NO help. That is insane, I had to go to the Wawa and put air in my tires after paying an additional $50 for balancing (which needs to be refunded) and $40 for installation and to be honest they really don't look brand new to me.
