I did want a shorter cut but not a bad cut, maybe I should have spelled it out for her (I guess I am not scissor literate or something but its just not a great cut). I probably should have realized this when they scheduled me for a next day service- there was no wait time? Either way there are better salons, I can probably trim my own hair to even it out but proceed with caution if you have not been here before.

I definitely saw more long lengths go in and shortest was shoulder. Again I went that ONE time so please take this all as a personal experience and does not mean it will be yours (: they all seem nice and usually I see the salon busy so I would say if you wanted to visit and get your hair done here, go for it!
