After I showed him pictures and videos of the damage, he promptly scheduled to come over at noon to start the repair. He understood the urgency, since I had to turn off the water to prevent further damage. He arrived on time and as promised! I could not believe it! In my experience, they usually say they'll come over in a span of 4 to 5 hours, only to arrive in the last hour. But not this company. No waiting and wondering for hours about when they'll arrive!
