Michael had great reviews and could come out sooner than the rest, so he was my first call back. But when his price was the same, I told him I just couldn't afford it again and thanked him, hoping to find someone willing to work with me to waive the 4 hour minimum for a 2 hour job. He completely surprised me. He texted back offering to walk my plumber through the job himself -- and then called in the special parts for me. No charge. Who does that for someone too cheap to hire them? Michael is a genuinely good guy, and the next time I need sprinkler service or anyone I know needs it, he's going to be my first call and recommendation.
