I scheduled an appointment this morning at 7:45am online for same day between 12pm-2pm and not long after 12 they were here. They gave us a price quote in person for free with no obligation to have them remove anything and were willing and able to start then and there. We found the pricing to be fair and gave the young men who are named Ozzie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and William, the go ahead to start removing our items. They were both very friendly and fast! We didn't have a massive amount but I was definitely surprised that they finished what we did have in such a short time. They even took the time to have us do a double check to make sure they didn't leave anything behind. I highly recommend not only this company but these very hard workers! Contacted Bay Hauling yesterday at around noon and came within an hour. I had to get rid of so much trash,couches, and unwanted leaves in my yard due to moving. They even raked my lawn to make sure everything was gone. I probably had a good 40 bags of trash in my yard maybe more and they were done in less then 30 mins. (They bring wheel barrels and shovels to get everything ... Everything) Very good customer service and super professional at a low and reasonable rate with no bs. These guys are amazing! I am moving and needed garbage/boxes and junk hauled away. I called and spoke with Juan and he said he could be by within a half hour and give me an estimate. He asked when I needed it done by and I told him Friday morning. He came by about 20 minutes later, gave me the quote and I asked when he could come back by to get it. I called on a Friday about removing some junk from our driveway and backyard. Although I wasn't home they were still able to come out on the same day I called, and take away what was on the driveway. They came back the next day to remove the rest and were nice, respectful, quick and reasonable with the price. These guys were great! Making the appointment was easy and their follow up was excellent. They were on-time, courteous, and got the job done quickly. I had been doing a declutter and had a large pile of stuff that had collected in my garage. I also had a couple of good-sized desks that I wanted to remove. These were in the house and had to be carried up a flight of stairs. They said "no problem", gave me an estimate, and after my OK they got right to work.
