I highly recommend this company for picking up your things that need to be disposed of. I have used them twice - the first time to dispose of the unneeded things in my son's storage. I had called 1-800-junk first but their prices are outrageous!!! When I called Bay Hauling I was so happy that I could afford them to come out. Juan was so helpful - we set up a pick-up day and then my son said I am working that day, was so very helpful in changing the date. When the two gentlemen came out to my son's storage, they were right on time, very quick, very clean, very nice - wow such a pleasure doing business with this company!!!! Super Helpful! and so pleasant!!! My second time I called them I had a broken chair - they waived their minimum because I just needed the chair disposed of and gave me a very fair price for pick-up - they allowed me to put the chair on the curb and took my credit card information over the phone so that I did not have to meet the guys that picked up my chair - so wonderful due to our current situation. 30 mins later after I called - I noticed the chair was gone. You will love these folks, Juan, the person who called me to get my credit card info (sorry I forgot your name - old age lol) and the guys that will pick up your things you want junked. They are so clean - with my son's storage, he was moving to a smaller storage and while moving things fell off the cart - these wonderful guys cleaned up the broken glass, everything in the row in front of the storage he was moving from and also swept the storage space - they were wonderful!!!! Updated review: I needed more items removed and since I had a great experience with this company last time I used them, I thought I'd give them another call. Just like before they were able to fit me in same day and it was super hassle-free. They arrived within the estimated time window and really helped us out by giving us a great deal. I had a ton of stuff that needed taken but not the budget for it lol. These guys not only worked with me to make sure they could get everything gone but they were super fast. Special thanks to Rene, Chico, Juan and Abraham for all your hard work! I will continue to be a repeat customer! I scheduled an appointment this morning at 7:45am online for same day between 12pm-2pm and not long after 12 they were here. They gave us a price quote in person for free with no obligation to have them remove anything and were willing and able to start then and there. We found the pricing to be fair and gave the young men who are named Ozzie (sorry if I spelled your name wrong!) and William, the go ahead to start removing our items. They were both very friendly and fast! We didn't have a massive amount but I was definitely surprised that they finished what we did have in such a short time. I was out of town on business due to return the eve of the critically needed haul. He forwarded me a pricing list prior to coming first thing in the morning to conduct the estimate. First time using this kind of service, was totally surprised at how efficient and inexpensive they were. I spoke with Juan and soon he was at my door to offer an estimate on the cost of the hauling. I had a side yard littered with more junk than my mini pickup could have managed. He gave me an estimate that was much lower than I was expecting. 5 stars. They answer their phone. They show up when they promise. They do a good job. They charge a reasonable price. We had to clear out my dad's house in three days after escrow closed. I called them on a Friday afternoon in a panic, and they said they could be there the next day (Saturday) in the afternoon. They showed up on time. They hauled away everything we pointed at and were done within an hour. We had to ask them to come back again on Monday afternoon. Again, they showed up on time and worked efficiently. Juan and his crew are incredible. I had to dispose of everything in a two story house, as well as the backyard. They have a big box truck and regular pickup truck option. Our move took two truck loads and they did it all within four hours or so. Super quick move and pays attention to every detail. Best of all, their prices are laid out on their website are both very accurate and especially competitive.
