A recent outing for our daughter's grammar school would not admit season ticket holders to the event. I've been around long enough to remember when adults didn't automatically have to pay to enter the park. Seems that after Covid, Adventureland has taken a new philosophy to soak every dime they can from the public including at the expense of season ticket holders. Please change this.

We did go the day after there was a malfunction with one of the larger rides. That part of the park was closed. But it didn't stop us from enjoying the rest of it. Maybe this was why the lines for the rides weren't that bad. We were able to get right on most all of them and the girls were even able to do some rides multiple times. Lunchtime was in their little restaurant where we had pizza and I bought additional mozzarella sticks, which are actually very delicious. Funny enough, the highlight of the whole park was our souvenir cup, which you could go around refilling for the whole 2026 season. This included the Slurpees that are self-serve at two spots in the park. On a hot day, these Slurpees were really really good and giving us life. Most of the parents got them, but we use them again this season? Probably not, but it kinda added to the fun, and we all had a really great time.

However, I think the staff need better training and more consistent supervision. The ball pit is about 3 feet deep, which can be difficult for younger toddlers to climb out of. I witnessed a mother ask a staff member for help because her toddler was stuck. Instead of assisting, the staff member simply stepped into the ball pit and asked the toddler if they could climb out. The child was clearly unable to, which was the reason the mother had asked for help in the first place. In the end, the mother had to climb into the ball pit herself to get her child. Then at the race car track, staff allowed toddlers who were below the recommended height to ride. I personally didn't think this was a major safety concern since the cars have seat belts. However, after one toddler had started riding, the staff asked the child's mother to remove them because they couldn't drive properly. I understand that other children were waiting (including mine), but if staff decide to allow younger children to participate, they should let them enjoy the full experience unless the parent chooses to end it early. The most disappointing experience happened at the Sky Rider attraction. Children under the height requirement were being allowed to ride, but when it was my son's turn, he was stopped and told he was too small. The child in front of him was visibly shorter and had already been allowed to ride several times. Naturally, my son was very upset. I spoke with the staff member to understand why the rules were applied differently. His response was that after he made the comments, he let my son ride once, but "he got sour and ran away." That comment was unnecessary and unprofessional. My son is on the spectrum, and assumptions like that can be especially hurtful. More importantly, all children should be treated fairly. Overall, the playground itself is excellent and offers plenty for kids to enjoy. My biggest concern is the lack of professionalism in some staff interactions.

I felt my back and my neck being thrown in many directions on one ride. It's fun but I'm not doing it again. Some rides are closed. Some snack stands are open not all of them. There are carnival games you would need to pay. Bathroom is clean. Staff are nice. It's a fun place to visit.

Don't know how long the sunflowers will be in bloom, but this small maze was fun, and a highlight was finding 2 plein artists along the mulched paths. The bees were busy pollinating and non threatening, but I know many are allergic to bee stings. There was also a outside lecture on beekeeping, but we did not stay. It was a beautiful day to enjoy this small gem, followed by a stop at a farm stand.

They're smaller, more expensive and got less games, rides & food. We usually go right when they open at noon on the weekends to avoid the crowd and stay for about 2 hours or so. This place can get really crowded especially at night. My kids go on all the rides they wanna go on with tickets (4 to 6 tickets per ride), play games ($5-$10 per game) and get food (both cash only). Besides the hot foods, funnel cake, cotton candy and candy apples/ caramel apples is a must! Until next year...
