The radio I bought from them was far better than the one I replaced it with. The problem was relatively complex involving the vehicles OEM Bluetooth module and the aftermarket interface. I was on the side of the road on highway I-65 and was told he was coming but I needed to send $100 deposit via Cashapp which I sent. Someone else called back to get my location, which I sent & called to confirm they said YES I got your location we're on the way. 45mins later I called to get their ETA they said the location I sent didn't load. Definitely didn't make sense since earlier I confirm they had my location. Then Chris wasn't answering when he finally answered he was yelling & saying he was on the way. But at this point we didn't want anything from them so we asked for our money back & he didn't want to send it until my husband got on the phone & told him he better send our money back before we went to his place of business to get our money back. He finally said fine & sent our money back! Total waste of time, him & so called employees are a bunch of a scammers don't even take this chance with them!
